lock out. Upon arrival Officer met with the crew of MedCare Ambulance
Service. They advised that they were returning the resident and that she was
locked out of her apartment. Officer was able to gain entry.

telecommunication harassment. She advised a male individual unknown to her
had been messaging her on Facebook and does not want him to make any further
contact with her. Officer advised the complainant to block him on all social
media, and to contact the Police Department if the issue continues.

Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a
driving complaint. The complainant advised that a red Ford Ranger was all
over the roadway and possibly struck a mailbox. Officer located a vehicle
matching that description and made contact with vehicle owner. She confirmed
she had come the direction of the complaint. She apologized and stated that
she always drives really slow. Officer noted she was not impaired and checked
the vehicle for any signs of damage, which there was none. Officer determined
everything to be fine.

Officer was contacted by phone at the Police Department by an
employee in reference to a gas drive off. He advised a white older vehicle
with a different colored roof had pumped $24.75 in gas a driven off without
paying. The driver was contacted and it was later confirmed that the driver
had returned to the store and paid for the gas.

Officer met with Roby Wholaver at the Police Department in
reference to a theft complaint that occurred at the listed location. He
advised, while he was at work yesterday he noticed that there was one $100
bill that was missing from his wallet. Investigation pending.

victim. He stated that someone had cut the wire to his Christmas lights. He

Officer made contact with him via public service. He agreed to have no
further contact with caller. Investigation pending.

met with the resident and advised him of the complaint. He stated that he
would keep it at a decent level the rest of the night. Officer determined
everything to be fine.

dispute. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the caller. He stated he and
his nephew came to an agreement to exchange video game consoles. The caller
advised the nephew’s parents now changed their mind and wanted their
Playstation back. After speaking with all parties, everyone
agreed to give back the video game consoles. Officer then spoke with the
nephew about his actions and advised him to use better judgment. Officer
determined everything to be fine.

arrestee refused to give a breath sample and was later picked him up at the

Officers was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a
possible domestic violence incident in a vehicle. Upon arrival Officer
learned the driver and passenger had just picked up the passenger's mother,
who had been recently diagnosed with dementia. While enroute the mother
became confused, thought she was being kidnapped by unknown individuals and
called 911. After speaking with the mother, she calmed down and agreed to go
with the driver and passenger. Officers determined everything to be fine.

theft. Upon arrival Officer met with the Superintendent. He advised that an

unruly juvenile. Upon arrival, Officer met with the residents. After speaking
with them, Officer learned they had been in several verbal arguments. After
further investigation, the juvenile and Joann Myers were both arrested for
Domestic Violence. Joann Myers was also charged with Child Endangering.
