11/18/2018	1:05 AM	DOC	West Bigelow Ave.	Officers were on foot in front of the listed location when we observed a group of people yelling and carrying a woman outside. Upon further investigation, Officers learned Lee Dougherty was severely intoxicated and was yelling, crying and could not stand on her own. Officer made contact with Lauren Friend who was driving a Honda Civic.  Lauren was issued a citation for ACDA and was given a warning for Full Time and Attention.		Approved
11/19/2018	3:21 PM	Other Dispute	West Main St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a road rage complaint. Upon my arrival, neither party was actively arguing at the business. Officer advised both parties to use better judgment in the future and warned them of the possible consequences if their actions continued. After subject left the scene, Officer returned to patrol. Officer stood by while subject removed several items from the residence. Once male subject left the residence Officer notified female subject that we were no longer at the property. She thanked Officer for his time and Officer returned to patrol.		Approved

11/20/2018	8:25 AM	Theft - Misdemeanor	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location on the report of shoplifting.  Officer then located the woman, who Officer later identified as Mary Funk.  Officer explained to Ms. Funk that she would be receiving a summons to go to court for the theft of these items and that she was being banned from returning to the Dollar General. 11/20/2018	10:42 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the area of North Avenue in reference to a small dark colored vehicle parked in front of the building running. While in route dispatch advised the vehicle left southbound on North Avenue toward East Main Street. The caller advised she did not observe the vehicle doing anything wrong, she called since she had never seen the vehicle before. Officer advised caller the vehicle could not be located. Caller thanked Officer for checking the area. Officer then returned to patrol.	Darby Apartments	Approved
11/20/2018	3:53 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Ave.	Officer observed subject pacing back and forth in front of his residence. Officer then observed him pick up a Razor scooter and violently throw it. Officer made contact with the subject, who was agitated. Officer advised subject that picking items up and throwing them outside was not appropriate and could cause unnecessary damage to someone else's property. Once Officer calmed subject down, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
11/21/2018	8:33 PM	Marijuana	North Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a light colored Ford Focus traveling southbound on North Chillicothe Street at West Main Street. The vehicle's passenger side headlight was not operational. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Tyler Crowley. Tyler was subsequently issued a summons for Drug Paraphernalia (ORC 2925.141C) and Possession of Drugs (ORC 2925.11A). He was given a warning for the headlight violation and released. 11/23/2018	4:47 PM	Juvenile	Church St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a juvenile complaint. Upon arrival Officer made contact with juvenile.  Officer advised juvenile he should not peek through people’s windows as it may scare people and look suspicious. Officer also had a conversation with juvenile about some issues he had been having at school. After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
11/23/2018	5:59 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Friend St.	Officer was met at the Police Department by subject requesting a civil standby for a custody exchange of his grandson.  Officer observed the second vehicle pull in. 11/23/2018	9:28 PM	911 Follow-up	East Bigelow Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911-follow up. Upon arrival Officer spoke with the caller who advised she originally called 911 because subject was having chest pains but later hung up. Officer spoke with subject who advised he was having severe chest pains. Officer had dispatch start medic 261 who arrived shortly after and transported subject to the hospital. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved

After speaking with all parties, one subject was given a warning and everyone agreed to go inside for the night. After determining everything to be fine, Officers then returned to patrol.		Pending
11/24/2018	5:57 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Ave.	Officer received a call from a DMH Social Worker in reference to subject that lives at the listed location and was brought to DMH by Medic 262 on Wednesday for dehydration issues. The Social Worker wanted Officers to be aware of the issues surrounding the family and residence. This information was forwarded to UCDOJFS/APS on this date.		Approved
11/24/2018	9:08 PM	Unruly	East Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officers met with subject and her son. Son was advised that he needed to listen to his mother and the possible consequences for his actions. He stated that he would listen to his mother and after determining everything to be fine, Officers returned to patrol.		Approved
11/24/2018	11:14 PM	Well-being Check	Friend St.	Officer received a phone call on station from subject who was emotionally upset. Officer spoke with subject until she calmed down and she advised she was okay.
