Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well-being check/ behavioral health incident. Officer asked if subject would provide Officer with her husband's phone number which she refused. Officer made contact with the Dublin Police Department who sent an officer to subject's house and advised husband to respond to NAPA. Husband arrived shortly after and picked up subject. Officer then returned to patrol.

Domestic Dispute

Officer was met at the Police Department by a mother and son.  Mother advised Officer son was acting up and having anger issues to the point she couldn't handle it. Officer sat down with mother and son and resolved the issue that brought them to the Police Department.  After deeming everything fine Officer returned to patrol.

Other Dispute

West Main St.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a dispute. Dispatch advised that two subjects at the listed location were involved in a verbal dispute with employees over money. Prior to my arrival the subjects located the money in the envelope that was given to them by the employee. Officer then made contact with both parties. Officer warned male subject of the possible consequences if his actions were to continue. Male subject apologized to the employees and Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a suspicious vehicle parked on Nighthawk Dr. near Alderwood Cir. S. Officer made contact with the driver and passenger who they advised they were both juveniles. Officer then advised them they were in violation of curfew. Male subject was released and given a warning for Curfew and advised to go directly home. Officer transported female subject to her residence and was also given a warning for curfew and released at her residence. Officer then returned to patrol.

Assault - Misdemeanor

North Ave.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officers learned that there was a physical altercation that took place. Upon further investigation, Bruce Roark was placed into custody for assaulting Brianna McNamara. He was also charged for Disorderly Conduct for pushing a female subject to the ground while she was trying to break up a fight. Brianna McNamara and Christi Roark were both issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct for mutually fighting in the roadway. Bruce was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail by Officer and released.

Drunk Driver

West Main St.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a blue Dodge pickup that was westbound on West Main Street at South Jefferson Avenue. Officer made contact with the driver, Daniel Elick. Upon further investigation, Mr. Elick was placed into custody for OVI.  Daniel was issued a citation for OVI, OVI Refusal-Prior in 20 years, DUS and No OL. He was also charged with Open Container. His vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot.   Mr. Elick was later transported to his residence and released.

On the stated date and time Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well being check. Caller stated that he lives out of state and was unable to get his son back on the phone. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the mother and son.  After all parties were calm, Officer forwarded this information to the caller and returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a wellbeing check. Caller contacted the police department advising her daughter may be highly intoxicated and walking around the area of listed location. Officer checked the area, but was unable to locate her. Caller was advised. Officer then returned to patrol.

Drunk Driver

Officers were inside of the listed location on a business check, when Officers were advised of an intoxicated male arguing and possibly trying to fight people in front of the business. Officers observed the male, Kenneth Huff, back out of a parking spot and attempt to drive away. After further investigation, Kenneth was placed under arrest for OVI and Open Container. Kenneth's vehicle was secured on scene and Kenneth was transported back to the police department, where he was cited for OVI, Open Container and advised of his court date. Kenneth was released to a valid driver.  Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a civil standby. Subject was not able to gain entry due to homeowner not being at home. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was at the police department when complainant arrived and complained of dispute between him and a female subject at the listed location.  Officers responded to the scene and met with both subjects. Both subjects agreed to stay separated. Female subject was advised to contact the police department for a civil standby when she wanted to retrieve her property.

Officer responded to SR 161 just east of the corporation limits in reference to live stock in the roadway. Upon arrival, Officer learned that all the live stock had been re secured within the fence. Officer advised the Madison County Sheriffs Office of this and returned to patrol.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible fight. All parties were advised to no longer have any contact. Complainant was advised that subjects were checking the area for their keys. Officers then returned to patrol after deeming everything to be okay.
