Upon arrival, Officers learned that there was a physical altercation that took place. Upon further investigation, Bruce Roark was placed into custody for assaulting Brianna McNamara. He was also charged for Disorderly Conduct for pushing a female subject to the ground while she was trying to break up a fight. Brianna McNamara and Christi Roark were both issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct for mutually fighting in the roadway. Daniel was issued a citation for OVI, OVI Refusal-Prior in 20 years, DUS and No OL. He was also charged with Open Container. His vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot. Kenneth's vehicle was secured on scene and Kenneth was transported back to the police department, where he was cited for OVI, Open Container and advised of his court date.
