3/22/2019	7:35 PM	Parking Complaint	Gay St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black Chrysler Pacifica.  Officer advised vehicle owner that a vehicle that disabled can't be parked on the street. Officer also advised subject that it was a zoning violation to have a disabled vehicle on his property. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
3/22/2019	5:03 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black Dodge Caliber traveling northbound on South Jefferson Avenue near West Avenue. The registration returned to Malachi Jones, a suspended driver. Malchi was then issued a criminal summons for marijuana paraphernalia and a traffic citation for No Valid OL, and Non Compliance Suspension(X2). Malachi was advised to have a valid driver pick he and the vehicle up.		Approved
3/23/2019	8:04 PM	Drunk Driver	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint.  Upon arrival, Officer observed the vehicle in question still in the drive thru near the south entrance. Upon further investigation, Gar Welsch, was placed into custody for OVI. He was transported to the police department where he submitted a breath test which resulted in a .226% BAC. He was subsequently issued a citation for OVI (ORC 4511.19A1a) and OVI Super Concentration (ORC 4511.19A1h). He was released to his son.   See case for further information.	McDonald's	Pending
3/23/2019	5:40 PM	Domestic Disturbance	Gay St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a disturbance. After further investigation Michael Millington, II was charged with Agg Menacing, Weapons While Intoxicated and Criminal Damaging.		Pending
3/23/2019	10:25 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possibly intoxicated male. Officer made contact with subject inside the listed location.  Officer detected no indicators of impairment. Complainant thanked Officer for his time and Officer returned to patrol. 3/24/2019	4:30 PM	Littering	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was patrolling Pastime Park when Officer noticed that the dumpster by the Youth Building had  several household objects protruding out of the top.
