The canine ran northbound across West Main Street. It then continued eastbound on the sidewalk. The canine ran southbound across West Main Street and caused a vehicle in front of me to hit its brakes to avoid striking the dog. Officer made contact with the owner, Robert White, and advised him of the incident. Officer advised him that PCPD has spoken with him in the past about this issue.
