2/28/2020	10:48 AM	Well-being Check	Converse Ave.	On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched the listed location in reference to a well-being check. The caller advised she has been unable to make contact with subject since yesterday and her phone keeps going to voicemail.  Upon arrival, Officer attempted contact without success. Officer requested dispatch to attempt contact with subject's mother in case subject's phone was out of minutes. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
2/28/2020	12:31 PM	Well-being Check	West South St.	On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. The caller advised dispatch that they had received a letter in the mail from subject and advised that he wanted to kill himself.  Officer made contact with subject who advised he had written that letter and advised that he was having a really bad day that day.  Officer  advised subject to call PCPD anytime he needs assistance and an Officer would be happy to talk to him and/or take him to hospital to talk to someone. Subject advised he would call PCPD and thanked Officer for checking on him. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
2/28/2020	4:35 PM	Parking Complaint	West Second Ave.	On the stated, date and time, Officer was advised by the Village Administrator that a black Chevrolet SUV had two flat tires and hadn't moved in several days.  Officer made contact with the vehicle owner to asked if she could move the vehicle when possible. Vehicle owner advised she would have someone else move it as soon as possible. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
2/28/2020	5:16 PM	Traffic Stop	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, Officer observed a black Acura Sedan traveling northbound on South Chillicothe St.  Officer observed the vehicle did not have a front license plate. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver/owner.  K9 Andor completed an open-air narcotics sniff of the vehicle. Andor gave positive alert to the driver's side door. Officer completed a probable cause search but did not locate any illegal narcotics. Officer spoke further with driver who advised that he recently used methamphetamine and marijuana. Driver was later given a verbal warning for no turn signal and no front plate. Officer advised driver the dangers of using methamphetamine. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
2/28/2020	5:55 PM	Protection Order Violation	Converse Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer received notification from Union County VOCA that Daryl Frazier had contacted his wife.  via public service from the Tri-County Regional Jail on 02/27/2020.  This was after a court hearing where a TPO was put into place.  A criminal charge for Violating a Protection Order was completed on this date. See corresponding numbers for further.		Pending
2/28/2020	5:56 PM	Juvenile	Shepper Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unwanted guest. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with complainant who advised that subject had shown up to her house uninvited and then advised her he had nowhere to go when she told him to go home. Officer later transported subject to his grandmother/guardian's house.  Officer advised guardian to make sure that subject had permission from his friend's parents before he tries to visit their house. After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol.  A copy of this report was forwarded to MCDOJFS.		Pending

On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff's Office to assist UCSO Deputy with a suspicious person.  Once Officers were no longer needed, Officers then returned to patrol. 2/29/2020	11:05 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	South Mechanic St.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the area of South Mechanic Street in reference to a noise complaint. The caller stated that a vehicle was parked in the area running with a loud exhaust for an extended period of time. The caller advised dispatch that the vehicle left just prior to Officer's arrival. After learning the caller did not want to speak with an Officer, Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
2/29/2020	3:30 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	West South St.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a civil standby. Upon arrival, Officer stood-by while the subject gathered his property. After assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
2/29/2020	1:36 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time while on patrol, Officer observed a Dodge Journey parked on the listed locations lot.  Officer made contact with the vehicle's driver who stated that he was waiting for the store to open and saving his place in line. 3/1/2020	9:29 PM	Assist Other Agency	Ryan Pkwy.	On the stated date and time. Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriffs Office to assist with an alarm drop. Once Officer was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
3/1/2020	12:25 AM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 E	On the listed date and time, Officers  were dispatched to the listed location at the request of the Madison County Sheriff's Office to assist with a suspicious person. Once Officers were no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending

3/1/2020	5:15 AM	Stolen Car	Fairfield Dr.	On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in regards to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with complainant who stated that she lent her vehicle to subject to use earlier in the day.  Complainant made various failed attempts to reach subject throughout the day. Complainant said she did not want to enter her vehicle in as stolen at this time. On 03/02/2020, complainant called and advised her vehicle had been returned and she didn't need any further assistance from the police.		Approved
3/1/2020	10:18 AM	Non-Injury Crash	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to a non-injury crash on Plain City Georgesville Road at Converse Huff Road/Cemetery Pike. Upon arrival, Officer met with Cha'Tondra Jones driver of 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix.  Officer  learned that Cha'Tondra was attempting to cross Plain City Georgesville Road from Cemetery Pike when she filed to observed a white Chevrolet Suburban and pulled into its path causing a crash.  Cha'Tondra was later issued a citation for Failure to Yield from a Stop Sign (PC Ord.#331.19a). Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
3/1/2020	12:10 PM	Drunk	Willowbend Cir.	On the listed date and time, Officer were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a female drinking rubbing alcohol and is impaired.  Upon arrival, Officer found subject laying on the living room floor and she appeared to be very intoxicated. Upon the arrival of medic crews, Officer assisted with loading subject to go to the hospital. Officer will follow up during the next shift.		Pending

An anonymous caller advised subject has been making Facebook posts, stating that she does not have any diapers, soap or food for the children. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject who showed Officer she has enough supplies. Once Officer determined everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
