3/2/2020 12:30 PM Harassment/Menacing Carriage Dr. On the listed date and time, Officer was met on station by complainant who advised that she started receiving messages (via Facebook Messenger) from subject that worried her.  Complainant requested that Officer contact subject and advise him not to contact complainant again for any reason. Officer made contact with subject and advised subject not to contact complainant,  by any means, in the future and the possible consequences if he did. Officer then contacted complainant and advised her of Officer's contact with subject.   Approved
3/3/2020 10:48 PM Warrant - Misdemeanor North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location to serve an arrest warrant for Jason Gingerich. Jason had an active OVI warrant. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with Jason and placed him into custody without issue. Officer then transported Jason to Dublin's Police Department due to their Officers being in shift change. Officer released Jason into their custody and returned to patrol.   Approved
3/3/2020 2:20 PM Parking Complaint Willowbend Cir. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of Willowbend Circle in reference to two vehicles that had been parked on Willowbend Circle near West Avenue. The caller stated that neither vehicle had moved in several weeks.  Upon arrival, Officer located the vehicles a black 2004 Ford Mustang (expired 01/23/2019) and Red 1993 Honda Civic (expired 01/23/2020). Both vehicles were registered to the same person.  Officer made contact with female subject at vehicle owner's residence.  Officer advised female subject of the issue and asked her to relay the message to vehicle owner to properly register the vehicles and move them per Village Ordinances.   Returned
3/3/2020 2:14 PM Miscellaneous - Unclassified South Jefferson Ave. On the listed date and time, Officer was requested by the medic crew to respond to the listed location. Upon arrival, medic advised that after examining subject, subject had calmed down and refused transport.  Subject advised she wanted to stay at the Der Dutchman and wait for her husband.  Upon husband's arrival, Officer's assistance was no longer needed.  Officer returned to patrol. Der Dutchman Approved
3/3/2020 2:08 PM Message Delivery North Ave. On the listed date and time, Officer was requested by the UCSO to make a message delivery at the listed location.  Upon arrival, Officer met with a female subject who advised male subject did live at the listed address but was not currently home. Female subject advised that she would tell male subject the message when he returned.  Officer then contacted the Sheriff's Office and left a message regarding Officer's contact.   Approved
3/3/2020 12:30 PM Parking Complaint East Main St. On this date and time, Officer was advised that a motorcycle had been parked in front of the listed location, without moving, for several weeks. Officer made contact with motorcycle owner via public service and told him the motorcycle needed to be moved per Village Ordinance 303.09.   Plain City Presbyterian Church Approved
