3/18/2020	9:20 PM	Driving Complaint	Weathervane Way	On the stated date and time, Officer received an anonymous complaint that a red Chevrolet pick-up truck was speeding southbound on Weathervane Way. The anonymous complainant advised who the truck was being driven by.  Officer later met with the suspect at his residence.  Officer advised suspect of the complaint against him. Suspect assured Officer he was not speeding.  After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
3/18/2020	5:22 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	Fairfield Dr.	On the stated date and time, Officers went to the listed location to serve an active warrant on Dana Pollard for Domestic Violence (Felony) out of the Madison County Common Pleas Court. Upon arrival, Officers located Dana standing outside of the apartment. He was placed into custody without incident. As Officers were escorting Dana to their vehicles, Deputy from MCSO arrived on the scene. MCSO Deputy advised that he was there to serve Dana a Summons on Indictment in lieu of arrest.  As Officers were talking to Dana, he said that he had a glass pipe on him and admitted that it was used for crack.  Dana was given a summons for Drug Paraphernalia (ORC 2925.14C1).   All units then returned to patrol.  See corresponding numbers for further information. 3/18/2020	5:15 PM	Recovered/Found Property	SR 161 W	On the listed date and time, Officer was met on station by an anonymous passerby. They advised that they had found a cell phone lying in the middle of the road on SR 161 near the west corporation limit. Officer took the phone and contacted the UCSO to make them aware in case someone called in about missing a phone  Officer was not able to get the phone to power on at this time.		Approved
3/18/2020	4:28 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Converse Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a civil standby. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with caller, who previously occupied the residence. The property owner stated via public service, that she would be able to do a civil standby tomorrow, March 19, 2020.  Caller stated that that was okay and then left. Officer then returned to patrol. 3/18/2020	11:47 AM	Well-being Check	Fairfield Dr.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. The caller advised that she heard what sounded like an older male shouting "help me" come from another apartment.  Caller then stated that she tried making contact with her neighbor, but was unsuccessful. Officer made contact with neighbor who advised that he was okay. Officer relayed information to caller, then returned to patrol.		Approved
3/18/2020	10:02 AM	Well-being Check	West Main St.	On the stated date and time. Officer responded to a well-being check at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with an employee at the gas station who stated that a 13 year old juvenile came into the service station and stated that he wanted his dad to stop hitting him.  After speaking with employee, Officer then spoke with juvenile.   After examining juvenile's face and head there were no visible marks or signs of abuse. Officer then transported juvenile to his residence.  Officer made contact with juvenile's father in reference to the accusations made by his son. Father stated that he never at any time abused or struck his son. Father stated the accusations were made because his son was upset that he got his phone taken away.	Mike's Pit Stop	Returned
3/18/2020	9:44 AM	Breaking and Entering	West Main St.	On this date and time, Officer met with complainant at the listed location who advised that someone entered the building overnight and stole some frozen beef and frozen pork out of two freezers. There was no forced entry and the doors were locked and secured upon their arrival this morning.  Complainant advised that lots of people had keys and he could not provide a full list of everyone that had keys nor did he have anyone that he suspected of doing it.  Complainant said he did not need PCPD to investigate. Complainant said that they were changing the locks and that he just wanted PCPD to provide extra patrol. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol. 3/18/2020	12:16 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Ratcliff Ln.	On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when Officer observed the passenger door open on a 2012 white Volkswagen van, parked in the driveway of the listed location. Officer then made contact with the owner who checked the vehicle and advised everything appeared okay. Owner stated one of her children must have left the door open by accident. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved

3/19/2020	9:20 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	Carriage Dr.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded in the area in reference to a loud noise complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised she heard a loud noise that sounded like a gunshot south of the listed location. Officer patrolled the area and did not observe or hear anything out of the ordinary.		Pending
3/19/2020	8:00 PM	911 Follow-up	Fairfield Dr.	On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up.  Upon arrival, Officer made contact with resident.  Resident advised she did not dial 911. Officers then canvassed the area and did not hear/observe anything out of the ordinary. Officers then returned to patrol.		Approved

Upon arrival, Officers made contact with resident who advised that everything was fine and she accidentally clicked her emergency dial. After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol.
