Officer learned that the registration retuned to a blue Dodge Pick-Up Truck. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver, Thomas Howard, and his passenger. Thomas advised Officer the vehicle plates belonged to his Dodge Pick-Up that was currently parked at his house. Thomas was later issued a citation for Failure To Transfer Registration. The vehicle was Towed to the PCPD Impound lot by Kirby's Towing. Thomas and his passenger were given a courtesy ride to the rest area, on US 33, in Marysville to wait for their ride. Upon arrival, Officer met with all parties. Officer explained to juvenile that his only choice was to go to school and to be ready on time from now on.
