3/24/2020 11:28 PM Suspicious Person/Vehicle West Main St. On the stated date and time, Officer observed a suspicious black 2000 Honda at the listed location.  Upon arrival, Officer made contact with a key holder for the listed location. Officer learned key holder was leaving the business after doing tax returns. After determining everything to be fine, Officer  then returned to patrol. Daily Needs Assistance Pending
3/24/2020 8:07 PM Suspicious Vehicle North Ave. On the stated date and time. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious male and female searching through a vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with female subject who stated that her and her male acquaintance were searching through the vehicle in an attempt to find her phone.  After speaking with subjects, Officer returned to patrol. 3/24/2020 1:41 PM Solicitor East Main St. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to solicitor complaint.  Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller. Caller provided Officer the flier that the solicitor provided. Officer then contacted the number on the flier and spoke with subject.  Officer advised subject of the proper way to apply for a solicitors permit and instructed him not to solicit without a permit. Subject advised he understood and apologized for the incident. Officer then returned to patrol.   Returned
3/24/2020 1:10 PM Burglary West South St. On February 19, 2020, Officer took a phone call from complainant in reference to a possible burglary that had occurred at her residence.  Complainant stated no items appeared to be missing.  Since the initial call, complainant has noticed several items are missing.  Officer advised complainant that Officer would complete a report and speak with suspect about the incident. Officer then returned to patrol. Case pending.   Returned
3/24/2020 9:00 AM Miscellaneous - Unclassified South Jefferson Ave. On the listed date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible vandalism to the ATM Machine. Upon arrival, Officer observed a skimmer panel laying face down on the ground in front of the machine and observed no damage to the machine.  Officer met with the manager of Security National Bank to advised her about the skimmer panel and request video from the ATM machine.  Officer requested manager  have a technician come out and inspect the machine.  Officer met with manger and technician at the ATM location. Technician advised that there was a device inside the machine. Technician then assisted Officer with dislodging the card skimmer. Officer secured the device a evidence and then returned to patrol.  Case pending. Security Bank ATM Returned
