Upon arrival, Officer observed a skimmer panel laying face down on the ground in front of the machine and observed no damage to the machine. Officer met with the manager of Security National Bank to advised her about the skimmer panel and request video from the ATM machine. Officer requested manager have a technician come out and inspect the machine. Officer met with manger and technician at the ATM location. Technician advised that there was a device inside the machine. Technician then assisted Officer with dislodging the card skimmer. Officer secured the device a evidence and then returned to patrol.
