3/5/2020 7:14 PM Domestic Dispute North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. The complainant stated that a female was on the porch crying and there was yelling coming from inside the residence. Upon arrival, everything was calm. Officer made contact with resident, who was very intoxicated, on the front porch. Both suspects denied that the other was trying to hurt them and that they were "having a brother moment". Neither party had any visible injuries. Both parties were also advised that they could be charged for Disorderly Conduct if this continues.  Officer made contact with complainant who stated that this is the first time that this has happened and he wanted to make sure everyone was safe.  A copy of this report was forwarded to UCDOJFS due to juvenile being on the scene.   Returned
3/5/2020 7:40 PM Animal Complaint - Other North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer observed a small brown dog in the middle of the roadway, in front of the listed location. Officer followed the dog to the rear of a building on North Avenue.  Officer was greeted by subject who advised the dog was hers. She apologized and stated that she had an infant in her arms and wasn't able to let the dog in. Officer advised that the dog can't run loose. Dog owner was given a warning for Animals Running at Large and Officer returned to patrol.   Approved
3/5/2020 9:06 PM Loud Noise/Disturbance North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a loud noise complaint. The anonymous caller advised they heard loud noises coming from the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer heard loud music coming from the listed location. Officer made contact with resident and advised him to turn the music down. Resident turned the music down without incident.  Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
3/5/2020 11:23 PM Drug Paraphernalia Cooper Ln. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle/person. Dispatch advised a white Civic was parked in front of the listed location for a long period of time with two people inside. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the driver and her passenger. Driver advised she pulled over because she didn't want to talk on the phone and drive. While speaking with them, Officer smelled an odor of burnt marijuana.  Upon conducting a probable cause search of the vehicle, Officer located a small marijuana pipe with marijuana residue in the center console.  Officer then contacted driver's mother who advised she and her husband were at work and requested for driver to drive straight home (driver was not impaired).  Passenger was then transported to the police department, where she was picked up by her mother.   Both subjects were given a warning and advised to use better judgment.  Officer then returned to patrol.   Returned
3/5/2020 11:30 AM Drug Trafficking Gay St. On the listed date and time the Police Department received an anonymous complaint regarding drug activity at the listed location. One of the allegations was that a 3-4 year old boy was handing drug-filled needles to adults and also fetching beer for them at this address. A search warrant was executed at this address, but no drugs or contraband was found.    Pending
3/6/2020 11:11 PM Loud Noise/Disturbance North Ave. On the listed date and time. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in response to a noise complaint. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with resident who was playing his music excessively loud in the living room of his home. Officer advised resident of the complaint; as well as advising him that the next time he would be charged criminally for Excessive Noise, per the Village Codified Ordinance section 509.10.   Approved
3/6/2020 7:39 AM Animal Complaint - Other South Chillicothe St. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of South Chillicothe Street and Center Street in reference to a dog that was loose and on the roadway. The caller advised that the dog had almost gotten hit and that the dogs owner was on scene. Upon arrival, Officer met with dog owner at the listed location. Dog owner advised Officer that the dog had gotten out through a hole under the fence and she will work to get the hole closed. Officer advised dog owner to ensure the dog is kept on the property and does not get loose again. Dog owner advised she understood. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
3/6/2020 7:46 PM Traffic Stop East Main St. On the stated date and time, Officer observed a black Kia Sedan traveling eastbound on East Main St near South Chillicothe St.  Officer identified the vehicle driver as Timothy Boldon, a suspended driver, who Officer had stopped minutes prior to this stop.  During the previous stop, Timothy was issued a traffic citation and advised not to drive.  Timothy was later issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL and FRA Suspension x2. Timothy's vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot.     Approved
3/7/2020 4:07 PM Fire Support Willowbrook Ct. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to an unconscious person. Upon arrival, with Medic, Officers located subject unconscious and non-responsive. Medics began administering medical aid, then transported subject to hospital.  Subject's wife advised her ride was over thirty minutes away to take her to the hospital.  Officer then transported subject's wife to hospital and dropped her off. After Officer's assistance was no longer needed, Officers returned to patrol.   Approved
3/7/2020 6:06 PM Miscellaneous - Unclassified Willowbrook Ct. On the stated date and time, Officers met with Medic personnel at the listed location. Medic personnel advised that they were transporting subject to hospital for childbirth.  Medic personnel asked if Officers could watch subject's son until his father arrived to pick him up.  Medic personnel advised they had already made contact with father and he was only a few minutes away. Father arrived shortly after and picked up his son.  Officers then returned to patrol.   Approved
3/7/2020 8:45 PM Assist Other Agency West Main St. On the stated date and time, Officer was requested by UCSO Deputy to meet at the listed location. After assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol. Pleasant Valley Joint Fire District Approved

3/8/2020 8:13 PM Other Dispute North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic dispute. Dispatch advised two subjects were yelling and throwing things. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with resident.  Officers learned that resident was currently alone in the apartment but a friend, who she was arguing with, just left.  Resident advised she thought her friend stole a pair of her pants, and they got into a verbal argument. Once resident found the pants, the friend left.  Resident had no contact information for the friend.  After not being able to make contact with the friend, Officers then returned to patrol.   Approved

3/9/2020 6:06 PM Road Hazard West Main St. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of West Main Street and Butler Avenue in reference to a tire in the roadway. Upon arrival, Officer located the tire and removed it from the roadway.  Officer then observed a large scrape in the roadway caused by a brake assembly. Officer followed the scrape all the way to a residence on North Avenue and located a blue Dodge truck and the driver.  Driver stated he did not know the wheel to his trailer fell off until he was pulling into his residence, and did not know he was causing damage to the roadway. 3/9/2020 2:08 PM 911 Follow-up South Chillicothe St. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of the cell phone tower on South Jefferson Avenue in reference to a 911 wireless call. Dispatch advised they were unable to call the number back. Officer checked the area and did not locate anyone needing assistance. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
3/9/2020 2:37 PM Suspicious Circumstances North Chillicothe St. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance. The caller advised he noticed a window screen on the ground in front of the abandoned location and thought it looked suspicious. Caller then went to the back of the residence and noticed a window was broken out. Upon arrival, Officer observed the damage to the window and the screen was old. Officer did not observe anything out of the ordinary, and it did not appear anyone had been inside of the residence. Officer attempted several times to locate the owner of the building via telephone but was unable. After determining no one had been inside of this residence, Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
