3/26/2020 10:07 PM Drunk Driver South St. On the stated date and time, Officer was advised of a possible impaired driver. The caller, who wished to remain anonymous, advised Leah Irons was currently under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics and was driving on East Main Street near Church Street. Note: Leah was arrested for OVI earlier in the night and was released at her residence.  See OIR 20-0322 for further.  Upon arrival to the area, Officer observed Leah traveling in her 2016 red Hyundai.  Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle on South Chillicothe Street near Napa Alley. After further investigation, Leah was arrest for OVI and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. Leah's vehicle was impounded to the Plain City Impound Lot. See case for further.   Pending
3/26/2020 6:59 PM Drunk Driver South Chillicothe St. On the stated date time, Officer was advised by dispatch of a possible intoxicated female who left the area of Smith Calhoun Road and was traveling back to her residence.  Upon arrival to the area, Officer observed the vehicle unsafely weaving from one side of the road to the other, before turning the wrong way on a one-way alley. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle.  Officer made contact with the driver, Leah Irons.  After further investigation, Leah was charged with OVI and released to her residence.     Pending
3/26/2020 5:00 PM Other Sex Offense North Mechanic St. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible sexual offense. Possible case pending.  This incident was forwarded to the Madison County Probation and Union County Jobs and family Services   Pending
3/26/2020 3:48 PM Well-being Check West South St. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well-being check on a juvenile. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the juvenile's mother.  Upon observing the juvenile she appeared to be fine, she was wearing some dirty clothes and seemed hesitant to speak in front of her mom. This incident was forwarded to the Madison County Department of Jobs and Family Services.   Pending
3/26/2020 1:13 PM Abandoned Vehicle SR 161 E  On this date and time, Officer was advised of small trailer that was broken and abandoned at the side of the road on SR 161 by Butler Avenue.  Officer found the trailer, which had a broken axle and leaf spring. The trailer did not have a registration and no identifying serial numbers. Officer requested public works to pick it up and take it back to PCPD's impound lot for safe keeping. When the trailer was loaded the axle separated from the trailer. Trailer was taken back to the impound lot for disposal, if nobody claims it.   Approved
3/26/2020 12:02 AM Suspicious Person/Vehicle South Jefferson Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person/vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject who was sleeping in his vehicle parked behind the Middlefield bank. Subject stated that he worked for a cleaning service for the Middlefield Bank's in Central Ohio and was trying to take a nap before he began working on the building which was his last one for the day.  After verifying subject's story to be true. Officer then returned to patrol. Middlefield Bank Pending
