Upon arrival, Officers made contact with subject who stated that she that she sent complainant a text that she would be late picking up her kids because she was left by her ride at a store in Dublin. Subject stated shortly after texting complainant her phone had died. Subject eventually received a ride from a women who offered to take her home. Complainant arrived on scene with both of the children. After everything checked okay, both units returned to patrol. The caller advised that she and her brother had been involved in an incident that resulted in both of them throwing objects at one another. Upon arrival, Officer spoke to the mother, caller(suspect) and caller's brother (victim). Mother advised she had been sleeping and woke up to the children fighting. Mother then came out and separated them. Suspect confirmed most of victim's statement, but stated her brother hit her first and that he has anger issues. Officer explained that by suspect's actions, she illicited a response that would have been expected from anyone, but it did not grant her any right to respond with physical violence. Suspect was subsequently arrested for Domestic Violence and transported to COYC. Brother and mother declined to provide any further statements and declined a TPO. See case for further. | Pending | |

The employee advised that there was a black Chevrolet Camaro parked in the carryout portion of the parking lot (southwest corner). The employee advised the two males, in the vehicle, advised they were having car problems. Officer then made contact with the vehicle owner/driver and his passenger. Officer learned that neither party had a valid driver's license. Officer advised both parties to contact a ride to pick them and the vehicle up. Upon arrival, Officer met with Daryl Frazier. Having prior knowledge that he had an entered warrant for his arrest for Domestic Violence (PCPD Case #20-111-A). Daryl was placed into custody without incident. Daryl was later transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail by Officer. Upon arrival, Officer noticed a white Oldsmobile sitting in the parking lot of the listed location. Officer made contact with the driver of the vehicle who stated that he was waiting for his friend to get home that lived in the area. The anonymous caller advised they were concerned for subject's well-being after seeing a post on Instragram. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with subject and her father. Subject advised she did not mean anything by the post she was just upset with an incident that occurred with a classmate. After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol. | Pending | |
2/27/2020 | 4:13 PM | Miscellaneous - Unclassified | Gay St. | On the stated date and time, Officer met with complainant in reference to a complaint against her daughter's former baby sitter. Complainant advised her daughter had been dreading going to the babysitter's house and this was unusual behavior. Complainant advised she put an audio recorder in daughter's diaper bag earlier this week. Officer listened to the recording and you can hear babysitter yelling at complainant's daughter saying she "hated her" and other vulgarities. Officer also heard what sounded like babysitter spanking the child. Officer later spoke with babysitter who advised she did spank the child because she would not stop crying and that she was not listening. A copy of this report was sent to MCDOJFS. | Pending |
