2/13/2020 5:18 PM Failure to Pay West Main St. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a customer failing to pay for their gasoline. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with one of the employees at the gas station.  After checking the registration from the vehicle that was seen on video. The suspect was identified and resides in Mechanicsburg Ohio. The Champaign County Sheriff's Office advised they would do a message delivery to the suspect's address regarding the owed amount for the gas.  Officer then returned to patrol. 2/14/2020 9:05 PM Marijuana North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to an anonymous caller complaining that they could smell someone in the downstairs apartment smoking marijuana. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with resident who stated that he had just got home from dinner. Officers did detect an odor of Marijuana coming from inside the apartment. Officers advised resident of the complaint and then returned to patrol. Darby Apartments Pending
2/15/2020 4:23 AM DOC North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious male complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the suspect, Dorian McConnell.  Dorian had been in a verbal dispute with his girlfriend.  While attempting to speak with both parties, Dorian continued to yell and be disruptive. Officer warned Dorian for disorderly conduct.   When Officer attempted to pull away from the area Dorian immediately began to shout profanity, Officer could see several residents looking out of their apartment windows to see what was causing the noise. Dorian had been warned for disorderly conduct and continued to be persistent in that regard. Officer placed Dorian into custody and transported him to Tri-County Regional Jail.   Darby Apartments Pending
2/15/2020 9:43 AM Non-Injury Hitskip Shepper Ave. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to Shepper Avenue in reference to a non-injury hit-skip crash. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller and vehicle owner who advised someone struck the driver's side mirror on his 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 that had been parked in front of his residence. While checking the scene, Officer found a mirror that belong to a Ford vehicle laying on the roadway.  Upon further investigation, Officer was able to locate the vehicle the Ford mirror belonged to.  Officer met with the vehicle owner, Eric Allegree. Officer advised Eric of the incident involving a hit-skip crash. Eric advised he did not realize he hit anything.   Eric was later issued a citation for Failure to Control.  Caller was later provided with Eric's exchange of information.   Approved
2/15/2020 5:03 PM Failure to Pay West Main St. On the listed date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a customer at the Marathon gas station failing to pay for their gasoline. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with one of the employees.  Upon further investigation, Officer was able to identify the suspect.  The Champaign County Sheriff's Office made contact with suspect in reference to the amount owed in gasoline. Suspect stated that he would attempt to pay  tomorrow. Officer then returned to patrol. Marathon/GB Power LLC Pending
2/15/2020 7:19 PM Non-Injury Crash/Private Friend St. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location reference to a property crash that occurred at Jan and Tony's pizza earlier in the day. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with caller who stated that he back into a black truck with his silver Chrysler 300.  Subject stated that he drove away after backing into the truck. Officer obtained subject's information and advised him that it was a civil matter. Officer attempted to get the other vehicle and drivers information from the Jan and Tony's buisness but was unsuccesful. Officer then returned to patrol. Plain City Police Department Pending
2/15/2020 7:27 PM Recovered/Found Property Lantern Ln. On the stated date and time, Officer was advised by an anonymous party that they found a wallet near the listed location.  Officer contacted the wallet owner via phone and advised PCPD had her wallet.  Wallet owner advised she would pick it up in the near future.   Returned
2/15/2020 8:43 PM Loud Noise/Disturbance North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a loud noise complaint. The anonymous caller advised loud music had been coming from the listed location for some time. Upon arrival, Officers could hear the music coming from the listed location. Officers made contact with the resident and advised him to turn the music down. Resident turned the music down without incident. Officers then returned to patrol.   Approved
2/16/2020 9:40 PM Assist Other Agency Beachwood way On the stated date and time, Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suicide attempt.  Once assistance was no longer needed, Officers returned to patrol.   Approved
2/16/2020 7:15 PM Non-Injury Crash US Rt. 42 N  On the stated date and time, Officers were dispatched to US 42 N near Rickard Rd in reference to a non-injury crash. Dispatch advised the caller struck a deer with his vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the driver who advised that he was traveling southbound on US42  when two deer entered the roadway.  Driver slowed down but struck one deer on the passenger side of his vehicle causing minor damage to the door and passenger side mirror. His vehicle was able to be driven from the scene without issue. Officer checked the area and was unable to locate the deer. Officers then returned to patrol.   Approved
2/17/2020 2:06 AM Well-being Check West Main St. On the stated date and time, Officer  responded to the listed location in reference to a well being check.  Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject who stated that he  did not need any assistance. Officer provided subject contact information for an addiction hotline.  Subject thanked Officer for his time and Officer returned to patrol.   Approved
2/17/2020 5:51 PM 911 Follow-up Noteman Rd. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up.  Upon arrival, Officer met with the mother of the caller who confirmed everything was okay and apologized for the incident. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.   Approved

2/17/2020 9:28 PM Threatened Suicide Maple Ct. On the stated date and time, Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suicide threat.  Upon arrival, Officers spoke with subject who advised she did not want to harm herself and was just having a bad day. Officers then spoke with subject's mother who advised she believed subject was okay.  Mother stated she would look after subject and would call PCPD if there were any further issues. After determining everything to be fine, Officers then returned to patrol.   Returned
2/17/2020 10:23 PM Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor Converse Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who stated that she had been in a physical dispute with her husband, Daryl Frazier. Victim was transported to Hospital by medic. Officer made contact with Daryl via public service due to Daryl leaving the scene before Officers arrived.  Daryl denied harming the victim in anyway and refused to meet with Officer or any Officer. Officer advised Daryl that a warrant for Domestic Violence would be issued for his arrest. Officer also advised Daryl that there would be a Temporary Protection order in place and that he was not to contact victim or return to his residence.   Pending
2/17/2020 1:28 AM Juvenile Maple St. On the stated date and time while on patrol, Officer was flagged down by subject who stated that her daughter had been in a verbal argument with a group of friends and requested to go on a walk to calm down.  Subject advised that she gave daughter permission to go for a walk but stated that she would follow behind her in her vehicle due to the time of day.  Subject stated that they were nearly home now and would be in for the night. Officer advised subject to contact the Police Department if there were any issues. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
2/18/2020 4:06 PM Non-Injury Hitskip Lantern Ln. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury hit-skip crash that occurred in front of the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer met with the vehicle owner and his son who advised Officer that his neighbor witnessed the neighbor across the street back into their car.  Officer collected a written statement from the neighbor.  Officer then made contact with the suspect, Marjorie Roberts.  Marjorie denied knowing she backed into her neighbor's car.  Marjorie was later issued a citation for Starting and Backing (PC Ord.#331.13A). Officer later returned to patrol.   Pending
2/18/2020 10:41 AM Warrant - Misdemeanor North Ave. On the listed date and time, Officers were dispatched to the listed location on a well being check. Upon arrival, it was discovered that Tabitha Smith had a warrant out of Madison County Municipal Court for Failure To Appear and Shane Tackett had a warrant out of Champaign County Municipal Court for a traffic violation. Both parties were arrested and then transported by to the Tri-County Regional Jail.   Pending
