The anonymous caller advised a black SUV had been parked in the southwest portion of the parking lot for nearly two hours. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the vehicle driver/occupant who advised she parked in the lot because she had a headache and was waiting to pick her boyfriend/children up who were visiting family just down the road. 2/19/2020	2:08 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location to speak with caller. Caller stated that he wanted to apologize for his emotional state during an incident that had recently occurred. Officer asked caller if he needed any further assistance. Caller stated that he did not. Officer watched caller walk back to his residence without issue. Officer then returned to patrol.	Marathon/GB Power LLC	Approved
2/19/2020	6:51 AM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a stray black pug that was found at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer took the dog to the police department and placed it inside the dog kennel and gave it food and water. At 0800 hours the dog's owner was identified.  Officer drove the dog over to the owner and returned it to her. Owner was advised that the Union County Dog Warden would be making contact with her. 2/19/2020	6:08 PM	911 Follow-up	North Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 Follow-up. Upon arrival, the business was dark and secure. Officer made contact with owner of Touch of Therapy Massage (underneath Tornik Family Medicine) who said that the caller works for Tornik and they had already left for the day. 2/19/2020	7:09 PM	Harassment/Menacing	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer met with complainant in reference to a harassment complaint. Complainant advised his daughter was walking on North Ave near Main St earlier in the day when the suspect started yelling at her.  Officer later spoke with suspect who advised he yelled hey/hello out one of her friends window to prank/play around with them. Officer advised suspect to refrain from yelling at the children because it made them uncomfortable.  Suspect advised he would not yell at the children in the future and apologized.		Approved
2/19/2020	1:08 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a suspicious person/vehicle at the listed location. Officer made contact with subject who advised he was at the location waiting for an auction in the morning. Subject advised the auction was first come, first served and he was going to wait in his car to be first in line. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol. 2/20/2020	4:41 PM	Traffic Stop	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black Chevrolet Pick-Up traveling northbound on South Jefferson Ave near West Ave. The registration returned expired as of 11-25-19. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver, Angelo Tocci, and his passenger.  After further investigation, it was found Angelo was under suspension and operating on the registration of the previous owner. Angelo was later issued a traffic citation for BMV 12 Point Suspension, OVI Suspension, No Valid OL, and Operating on Tags of the Prior Owner. Angelo's vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot.  Angelo and passenger walked to McDonald's to wait on a ride.		Approved
2/20/2020	6:35 PM	Message Delivery	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a message delivery requested by Dublin PD.  Officer made contact with subject around 2130 hours and advised him to contact Dublin PD.		Approved
2/20/2020	7:40 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival,  Officer spoke with an employee who advised a woman came in earlier in the day and attempted to pay for pizza with a credit card that was declined.  Employee advised he believed the card was stolen because the women was carrying it in an envelope rather than a wallet. Employee did not have a vehicle description or name for the women. After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol.	Domino's Pizza	Approved
2/20/2020	7:54 PM	Suspicious Person	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. The anonymous caller advised a male in an orange/red jacket knocked on her door and asked if he could come in. The caller advised this made her uncomfortable cause she did not know the man. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject who was sitting outside of Apt: 11. Subject advised he recently got out of Jail and walked to Plain City to find the apartment he had been staying at locked. After further investigation it was found the tenant of Apt: 11 is currently incarcerated. Officer advised subject he could not let subject into the apartment but offered subject a courtesy ride to McDonalds. Officer then transported subject to McDonalds and dropped him off. Officer then returned to Patrol.		Approved
2/20/2020	10:07 AM	Well-being Check	Converse Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well-being check at the listed location.  The caller stated that she made several attempts to reach subject, but when unsuccessful; she became worried. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with subject who stated to that her phone was off and was unaware that caller was attempting to reach her. Once Officer found everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
2/21/2020	5:39 PM	Domestic Dispute	Converse Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with caller who advised that she was in a verbal altercation with her mother.  Caller advised during the dispute her mother scratched her left cheek. Caller did have two minor scratches on her cheek. Officer then spoke with mother who advised daughter has been abusing her prescription medication and sometimes it causes her to act out of character. Officer then spoke with a subject who witnessed some of the altercation. Subject advised he believed that caller scratched herself in an attempt to get mother in trouble/out of the house.  Officers then attempted to speak with caller further about the incident.  Caller began talking over Officers, interrupting Officer, and was being uncooperative. Caller then recanted about giving a statement and told Officers to get out of her house. Mother and witness advised they would leave the residence for the night.		Pending

2/22/2020	11:30 AM	Well-being Check	Maple Ct.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suicide threat.  Upon arrival, Officer spoke with subject, who was calm and stated she did not want to harm herself.  Subject declined a medic and did not want to speak with a mental health professional. Officer spoke with subject's mother who advised she believed daughter was okay.  Mother stated she would look after daughter and would call PCPD if there were any further issues. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
2/23/2020	2:45 PM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	West South St.	On the stated date and time, Officer was met on station by victim in reference to a domestic violence incident. Victim advised at around 0300 hours on the listed date, she and her live-in boyfriend, Cole Raines, got into a verbal argument that became physical.  After speaking with victim, Officers made contact with Cole at his residence. Cole was ultimately placed under arrest for Domestic Violence and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail without incident. See case for further.		Pending
2/23/2020	8:59 AM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Fairfield Dr.	On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dispute over property. The caller advised that her boyfriend left with her computer without permission. Upon my arrival, Officer met with the caller. Officer advised he could not request boyfriend to the bring back a shared computer. Officer also advised her that boyfriend being there would violate a the courts no-contact order. Caller advised she understood. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
