Upon arrival, Officer met with complainant who advised that at approximately 0830, he got into a verbal dispute with subject. During the dispute, subject pulled out a folding pocket knife, unfolded the blade and held it at his side while challenging complainant to fight. A coworker stepped in and broke up the argument. Complainant was advised to stay away from subject the rest of the meeting. Complainant called the Police after the meeting. Subject will be issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct.
