5/16/2019	10:55 PM	Warrant - Felony	North Chillicothe St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival Officers made contact with Brittney Morrow and Dempsey Griffin, who were staying in a tent in the primitive camping area. Upon speaking with them, Officer learned Dempsey Griffin had a felony warrant out of Union County Sheriff's Office for a Probation violation, a misdemeanor warrant out of Union County for Failure to Appear, and a misdemeanor warrant out of Champaign County Sheriff's Office for Failure to Appear. Dempsey was placed under arrest without incident. Deputy from Union County Sheriff's Office met Officers on scene and transported Dempsey to the Tri-County Regional jail. Brittney Morrow admitted to having Marijuana inside of her tent and voluntarily handed it over to Officer. She was cited for a minor misdemeanor citation for Possession of a Controlled Substance and advised of her court date. Officers then returned to patrol.	Pastime Park	Pending
5/16/2019	8:57 PM	Assist Other Agency	Rickard Rd.	Officer responded to the listed location at request of the UCSO in reference to a 911 Follow-up. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
5/16/2019	8:13 PM	Well-being Check	North Ave.	Officer was requested by Union County DOJFS to respond to the listed location in reference to a well-being check on. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with both parties.  After determining everything to be fine, Officer contacted DOJFS and advised them of Officer’s findings. Officer then returned to patrol.
