The caller advised dispatch that a car was parked on the playground at the Plain City Elementary School and it should not be. Upon arrival, Officer observed a black Chevrolet Cruz parked on the basketball courts.  Officer then met with vehicle driver and requested he move the vehicle. 5/14/2019	5:38 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, Officer was at the listed location when Officer was advised of a private property crash.
