4/15/2019	7:20 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Shepper Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to an animal complaint. Complainant stated that her neighbor’s dog continually barks and appears to charge at their dog and family members anytime it is outside. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with canine owner.  Canine owner apologized and stated that It would not happen again. Canine owner thanked Officer for Officer’s time and Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
4/15/2019	4:20 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to an animal complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who stated that the canine owner had arraigned for a neighbor to care for the dog. Caller stated that she had been feeding and watering the dog along with the neighbor. Caller stated that she would no longer be able to care for the dog and requested Officer contact canine owner to advise him of this. After checking on the dog and seeing that it had food, water and shelter, Officer made contact with canine owner via public service.  Officer advised canine owner that the dog needed to be removed from the residence because no one would be caring for it any longer.  A short time later, Officer checked the residence and found that the dog was gone. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
