Caller advised she did not provide any personal information, but wanted the police department to be aware. Officer contacted the number that called and learned that the donations go toward a PAC (Political Action Committee) called "For a Better America." When making contact with the driver he advised that he ran out of gas and forgot his wallet at home. Subject was provided gas, via the police department gas can.
