The caller stated that she drove by the listed location and observed a dog tied to a cinderblock with a short leash. Upon arrival, Officer observed that the dog had already been taken inside. Officer made contact with the dog’s owner and advised owner of the complaint. Canine owner stated that the dog was only let outside for a short time to use the bathroom. Canine owner thanked Officer for checking on the dog and Officer returned to patrol. | Approved |
