4/8/2019	9:00 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Maple St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Complainant stated that an unknown female in a white car was loading buckets of gravel into the trunk of her car. Complainant stated that she believed the female was stealing the gravel. Upon arrival, Officer was unable to locate the vehicle. Officer stood by at the listed location but the vehicle did not return. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
4/8/2019	6:09 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Central Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible burglary in progress. The complainant advised when arriving home and opening the over head garage door, complainant observed the rear door of the garage shut.  Officers checked the area and spoke with several neighbors that were outside and they did not see anyone near the residence. Complainant requested to be placed on the visual house watch list.		Returned
4/8/2019	4:30 PM	Well-being Check	Stenner Ct.	Officer was flagged down by, complainant, in reference to a well being check. Complainant stated that he had not been able to make contact with his friend for several days.  A short time later, Officer made contact with subject.  Subject stated that his phone number had changed and that he would contact the complainant.  Officer then returned to patrol. 4/8/2019	3:55 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Mechanic St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to an animal complaint. The caller stated that she drove by the listed location and observed a dog tied to a cinderblock with a short leash. Upon arrival, Officer observed that the dog had already been taken inside. Officer made contact with the dog’s owner and advised owner of the complaint. Canine owner stated that the dog was only let outside for a short time to use the bathroom. Canine owner thanked Officer for checking on the dog and Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
