4/12/2019	9:08 PM	Marijuana	South Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a blue Toyota Corolla.  The registration returned to Izabelle Shaw, a suspended driver. I initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle owner/driver, Izabelle Shaw and her passenger. Izabelle was subsequently issued a citation for Possession of Marijuana and Marijuana Paraphernalia. Izabelle was also issued a traffic citation of No Valid OL and Non Compliance Suspension. Izabelle’s vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound lot.  The vehicle plates were seized per the BMV.		Approved
4/12/2019	3:10 PM	Theft/Identity	Dogwood Ct.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible identity theft. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who stated that she had recently discovered that an unknown person had activated a credit card in her husband’s name, three days after he passed away. Caller was unable to give any further details on the account due to it not being under her name. Caller stated that she needed a copy of the Police Report to provide to the bank. Officer advised caller that Officer would document the incident. Caller thanked Officer for Officer’s time and Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
4/12/2019	2:32 PM	Assist Other Agency	US 42	Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office in reference to an alarm drop. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved

4/13/2019	6:43 PM	Traffic Stop	South Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a black Nissan Sedan traveling northbound on South Chillicothe St.  The vehicle had a large crack on the front windshield that spider webbed across the entire windshield. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle for the above safety violation. Officer made contact with the vehicle driver, Amanda Zornes, and her passenger, Steven Butler. Officer observed that neither party was wearing their safety belts.  Steven and Amanda were both issued traffic citations for no seat belt. Amanda was advised to drive the vehicle to her residence and not to drive again until the windshield was fixed. Amanda was given a verbal warning for operating an unsafe vehicle.		Pending

4/13/2019	12:00 AM	Driving Complaint	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the area of North Avenue in reference to a driving complaint. Officer located the vehicle, a 1997 Ford Mustang in front of North Avenue. Officer made contact with the driver and advised him of the complaint. Subject denied speeding and was advised to drive safely. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved

4/14/2019	3:22 AM	Domestic Dispute	East Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible fight. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with female subject and her boyfriend.  Upon further investigation, Officer learned they were both intoxicated and involved in a verbal argument. Both parties advised there was no physical altercation and it was only verbal. They agreed to stay separated for the night, and after determining everything to be fine, Officers both returned to patrol.		Pending
