4/4/2019	11:39 PM	Marijuana	South Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a blue Oldsmobile Van traveling northbound on South Chillicothe St.  The temporary registration was unreadable, not illuminated properly, and was not properly secured down. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle for the above violations and made contact with the vehicle driver, David Lemaster, and his passenger, Christina Homoelle. Christina was subsequently issued a criminal citation for marijuana paraphernalia. David was issued a traffic citation for illumination of rear license plate and issued a criminal summons for possession of marijuana. David was advised to properly secure the license plate to the vehicle and fix the plate light. See case for further.		Pending
4/4/2019	4:05 PM	Recovered/Found Property	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a found wallet. Upon arrival, Officer met with the manager who handed Officer a wallet that contained a driver's license for the subject. Officer went to the subject’s residence and left a message with a family member to have subject come to the police department and retrieve it. Officer then returned to patrol.
