Officer then made contact with the juvenile and advised it was past the curfew time in Plain City for minors. They advised that when they arrived home a white minivan with handicapped license plates was back up over the sidewalk and into the front yard of complainant’s neighbor’s apartment and a man was standing at the rear of the van. Complainant’s neighbor advised that she saw the same van in the area about 2 or 3 days ago. Both parties advised that they have noticed damage to their windshield wipers of their vehicles and on one occasion, Complainant’s neighbor’s antenna was unscrewed from vehicle and found lying on the ground on the opposite side of her car.
