4/1/2019	7:47 PM	Parking Complaint	Michael St.	Officer observed a gold Honda parked on the listed locations driveway. Due to the residence being under a house watch, Officer made contact with key holder. Key holder requested Officer make contact with vehicle owner and have him move the vehicle. Vehicle owner apologized and agreed to move the vehicle immediately.		Pending
4/1/2019	6:31 PM	Well-being Check	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well being check. Upon arrival, Officer met with subject and subject’s grandfather. Upon speaking with subject she advised she is not intending on harming herself she was just letting off steam to the caller. Subject’s grandfather confirmed that subject hasn't made any threats or acted in any way to concern him for her well being. Officer advised subject that if she needs any assistance to give PCPD a call and Officer would come talk to her or get her transported to speak with a doctor. Officer then returned to patrol. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with caller who stated that she could hear what sounded like running water coming from a medal grate/manhole in her front yard. She stated that she has never heard this before and thought it may have been caused by recent construction in the area. Officer advised caller that Officer would notify the street department to have the issue checked. Caller thanked Officer for Officer’s time and Officer returned to patrol.		Pending

After speaking to subject further and determining subject was not a danger to himself, Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
4/1/2019	3:52 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Cooper Ln.	Officer was contacted by complainant in reference to a theft complaint. Complainant stated that sometime on 03-31-2019 an unknown person went through the glove box of complainant’s grey Buick.  Complainant stated that the he was missing a black flashlight.  Complainant wanted the incident documented in case there were similar incidents. Complainant thanked Officer for Officer’s time and Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
