6/3/2018	5:26 PM	Other Dispute	Murlay Dr.	Officer was met at the Police Department by complainant.  Officer advised both parties not to have any contact with each other. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/3/2018	9:19 PM	Marijuana	South Chillicothe St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the vehicle driver/owner, Kendrick Hodge and his passenger.  Kendrick was issued a traffic citation for speed. Kendrick voluntary followed Officer back to the Police Department where he was issued a criminal summons for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. See case for further.

6/4/2018	4:12 PM	Traffic Stop	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle at Der Dutchman. Officer made contact with the owner/operator, Timothy Childers.   He was subsequently issued a citation for OVI Suspension and No Valid OL. His vehicle was towed on scene to the PCPD impound lot.
6/4/2018	11:25 PM	Harassment/Menacing	Nappa Alley	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a harassment complaint. Complainant advised she did not want Officer to make contact with subject, but she wanted the incident documented. Complainant also requested extra patrol of her residence.
6/4/2018	5:43 PM	Traffic Stop	West Main St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver, Anthony Hawkins and his passenger.  Anthony was issued a citation for operating with number of former owner. Officer advised Anthony to get the trailer properly registered and dispose of the old registration.
6/4/2018	9:14 AM	Barking Dog	Willowbend Cir.	Officer responded to the listed location on a barking dog complaint. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.
6/4/2018	8:58 AM	Suspicious Person	West Main St.	Officer met with subject on the playground at the listed location in reference to a parent who was dropping her child off for latchkey being concerned about him being there. Subject advised that he understood he is not allowed on the property and would leave and not return.	YMCA Latchkey

Subject was advised of the possible consequences if this type of incident were to occur. Subject advised that he understood and Officer returned to patrol.

6/6/2018	9:29 PM	DOC	Shepper Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an intoxicated person who wouldn't leave. Subject was warned for Disorderly Conduct and advised to stay inside for the night. Officers then returned to patrol.
6/6/2018	4:35 PM	Parking Complaint	Gay St.	Officer observed a maroon Suzuki parked in a no-parking zone in front of the listed location. Subject was advised to have the vehicle moved within 24 hours or it would be subject to be impounded. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.
6/6/2018	5:53 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, while investigating an unrelated incident, Officer walked past the front door to the listed location and heard a male and female arguing. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.
6/7/2018	1:28 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Grant Ave.	Officer was on patrol on Grant Avenue, when Officer observed the driver's door open on a maroon Chevrolet S-10.  The neighbor came out and advised subject was at his girlfriend's.  The neighbor advised he would advise the subject.  Officer then returned to patrol.
6/7/2018	3:12 PM	Missing Juvenile	Lantern Ln.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a missing juvenile. Upon arrival to the residence, Officers met with the caller who advised that he located his son. Caller thanked us for responding so quickly. Officers then returned to patrol.
6/7/2018	6:30 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer observed eight parking spaces (five on the south side of the road and three on the north) that were blocked off by cones. Officer made contact with Tavern 161 General Manager and advised him that they were not permitted to block public parking spaces without first obtaining approval from the Village. The manager than removed the cones and Officer returned to patrol.	Tavern 161
6/7/2018	8:46 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	South Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a Grey Jeep Cherokee.  The registration returned to Sarah Fuson who had a confirmed warrant out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a tax evasion charge.  Sarah was subsequently charged for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments. Officer then transported Sarah to the Tri-County Regional Jail to book her in on her warrant and the above charges. See case/media for further.
6/8/2018	6:05 PM	Parking Complaint	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a parking complaint. Officer drove around for several minutes and located the registered owner.  Vehicle owner was warned for the parking violation and moved the vehicle without any issues. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/8/2018	10:00 PM	Driving Complaint	Mckitrick Park	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint. The complainant advised a large white truck with red LED lights was mudding in the park. Upon arrival, the vehicle had already left the scene. Officer observed damage to the southeast corner of the park. See media for further.
6/8/2018	8:58 PM	Suspicious Person	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was flagged down by complainant in reference to a subject walking near the roadway and almost got struck by a semi. Officer made contact with subject.  Officer transported subject to the GetGo station in Dublin.  DPD was also made aware of the incident. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/8/2018	7:12 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to assist with a narcotics sniff on US 33 eastbound near the Franklin County line. Officer stood by until assistance was no longer needed. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/8/2018	4:56 PM	Road Hazard	West Main St.	Officer observed extremely high water in front of the listed location. Due to the depth of the water, Officers closed the roadway until the water was a safe level for vehicles to drive thru it. Officers also notified the Street Department and requested High Water signs be placed up. A short time later, Officer took the High Water signs down and transported them to the Street Department's garage.	Plain City Public Library
6/8/2018	8:38 AM	Trespasser	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the rear of the listed location in reference to a report that a known subject was on the property. Upon arrival, subject had already left.  Officer made contact with subject and advised subject that he could be charged if found there. Subject advised that he understood. 6/8/2018	7:18 PM	Threatened Suicide	Madison Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suicide threat.  Subject refused to go to the hospital to talk to someone and was encouraged to contact the police department if she felt like harming herself.
6/9/2018	11:59 PM	Assist Other Agency	Pomona Ct.	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to the area of Pomona Ct. in reference to a juvenile complaint. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.
6/9/2018	3:40 AM	Curfew	West Main St.	Officer was on patrol when he observed a black Chevy Cavalier parked on the south side of the Plain City Library with what appeared to be four juveniles loitering outside.  All parties were issued verbal warnings.   Officer made contact with each parent who gave permission for juveniles to go home with the approved adults. 6/9/2018	8:39 AM	Suspicious Person	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to Pastime Park in reference to a male that threw his bike to the ground and was yelling. Officer observed subject exiting the park wearing clothes matching the description provided.  Officer advised subject that he needs to keep his volume down to avoid yelling as he rode around. Subject advised he understood and would keep it down. Officer then returned to patrol.	Pastime Park
6/9/2018	3:55 PM	Assist Other Agency	Hyland Croy Rd.	Officer was requested by the Dublin Police Department to respond to the listed location to help track a criminal suspect. Officer stood-by until assistance was no longer needed.  Officer then returned to patrol.
6/9/2018	8:12 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	North Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a resident banging on the walls/ceiling. Officer advised subject to keep his noise levels down. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/9/2018	10:20 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Main St.	Officer was met on station by complainant who advised he was driving on West Main Street near Pleasant Valley Fire Department when he observed a black lab running in the road. Officer met with canine owner at the Police Department, where Officer returned her dog to her.
