4/29/2018	5:31 PM	Recovered/Found Property	Maple Ct.	Officer responded to a direct request to pick up lost property. Officer returned the card to the subject.  Officer then returned to patrol.
4/29/2018	6:15 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	John St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a civil standby.  Once the items were removed and Officer’s assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.
4/29/2018	10:35 PM	Barking Dog	Coachman Dr.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a barking dog complaint. Officer advised subject to be more conscious if the dog is outside barking.  Subject stated that she would do so. Officer then returned to patrol.

4/30/2018	9:01 AM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 N	Officer responded to the US 42 and North Chillicothe Street in reference to a direct complaint made regarding a semi tanker truck that was northbound on US 42 from the Cheese House. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.
4/30/2018	11:55 AM	Theft/Identity	Lantern Ln.	Officer was met on station by complainant who advised that on Saturday 04/28 he received a text message stating that his Visa card had been used.  Complainant was referred to each respective Law Enforcement Agency in reference to the fraudulent charges and attempts.
4/30/2018	4:00 PM	Theft/Identity	Friend St.	Officer was met at the Police Department by complainant.  Complainant advised she was a part of a credit card scam. Officer provided complainant with information to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office Help Center. Officer then returned to patrol.	Plain City Police Department
4/30/2018	9:04 PM	Neighbor Dispute	North Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a neighbor dispute. Officer informed subject of the complaint. Subject stated that she would refrain from speaking of complainant to others. Officers then returned to patrol.
5/1/2018	8:46 PM	Unruly	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location referencing an unruly juvenile. Subject advised she was sorry and would listen.  Officer then returned to patrol.
5/1/2018	5:20 PM	Trespasser	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a trespasser.  Complainant advised that he has cameras on his property and would call back in when he had more information on the suspect. Officer then returned to patrol.

5/1/2018	8:43 PM	Drugs - Other	West Main St.	Officer met with an employee of Marathon who after checking the restroom found a small plastic baggie, which had gold skulls on one side. See case for further information.	Marathon/Lovejoy Food Mart
5/2/2018	7:02 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Fairfield Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference questions about eviction. Complainant was advised of the proper procedure for eviction. Officer then returned to patrol.

5/2/2018	3:16 PM	Parking Complaint	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a trailer parked in the roadway. Officer then made contact with trailer owner. The trailer was moved without incident. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/3/2018	5:44 PM	Assist Other Agency	Butler Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the area of Converse Road and Butler Avenue in reference to a subject who was having a behavioral health emergency. After Officer’s presence was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.
5/3/2018	8:06 PM	Parking Complaint	Gay St.	Officer observed a red Dodge Durango parked on Gay Street near Spaulding Avenue. The vehicle did not have any license plates on it. Officer made contact with the owner at his residence and advised him that the vehicle needed to be moved. Owner advised that he would move it right away. Officer returned to patrol.
5/3/2018	11:36 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Jackson Blvd.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. Upon checking the area Officer’s were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.
5/4/2018	6:06 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Doe St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival, Officers checked the exterior and interior of the residence but were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary. Caller thanked Officers for their time and Officers returned to patrol.
5/4/2018	12:29 PM	Domestic Dispute	Noteman Rd.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a verbal dispute. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with all subjects involved.  Officers advised male subject’s mother it would be best if she left. Male and female subject advised they would be fine and if anything got out of hand one of them would leave. Officers then returned to patrol.
5/4/2018	3:00 PM	911 Follow-up	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. After deeming everything fine Officer returned to patrol.	Plain City Elementary School
5/4/2018	6:36 PM	Barking Dog	East South St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a barking dog complaint. Officer attempted to make contact with the homeowner but was unsuccessful. Officer then returned to patrol. Later that night Officer made contact with canine owner at the listed location and advised him of the complaint. Canine owner was advised of the ordinance prohibiting excessive barking and advised that he understood. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/4/2018	7:12 PM	Assist Other Agency	Industrial Pkwy.	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to respond to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop.
5/5/2018	4:59 PM	Neighbor Dispute	East Bigelow Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a neighbor dispute. Both parties were advised to no longer make contact with each other. Officer then returned to patrol.

Subject  agreed to remain calm for the rest of the night and have no further contact with caller. Officers then returned to patrol.
