Just prior to my arrival UCSO Dep advised Officer’s assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol

5/14/2018	5:31 PM	Traffic Stop	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a silver Chevy sedan. The registration returned to Seth Roth.  Seth was issued a citation for driving under a non compliance suspension, no valid ol and expired tags. Seth's vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Dept. impound lot.
5/14/2018	7:52 PM	Drugs - Other	Alcott Dr.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with a red GMC SUV and made contact with the vehicle driver, Todd Frey. Todd was given a verbal warning for the traffic violations.  Todd was issued a criminal summons for drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia on 05-19-18

5/15/2018	1:41 PM	Drugs - Other	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer received a call from Madison County Adult Probation who advised that he was at the listed location and was going to place Ethan Decker into custody for a probation violation. Ethan was subsequently issued a summons for Drug Abuse Instruments and Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail for a Probation Violation. 5/15/2018	9:20 PM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 S	Officer was dispatched to US RT 42 and the south corporation in reference to a driving complaint. Officer made contact with the driver, Hailey Beck who was subsequently issued a citation for Following Too Closely (PC ORD 331.09) and released.
5/15/2018	6:42 PM	Parking Complaint	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a parking complaint. Business owner advised multiple vehicles had parked at his business’ parking lot, however, were patrons of Lee’s Sports and Spirits. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the manager who apologized and advised she would go table to table to ensure their patrons would move their vehicles. Officer then returned to patrol. 5/15/2018	12:27 AM	Message Delivery	Coachman Dr.	Officers responded to the listed location at the request of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office from Florida in reference to a death notification. After speaking with subject both units returned to patrol.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute.  It was then determined that subject was currently having a mental health episode. Officer calmed down subject. Complainant was notified to continue subject’s health treatment. Officers then returned to patrol.
5/16/2018	9:02 PM	Telecom Harassment	Dogwood Ct.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a telecom harassment complaint. Suspect was advised to no longer have any type of contact with subject or his girlfriend or risk charges.
5/17/2018	4:07 PM	Parking Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol, Officer observed a pickup and trailer parked on the east side of South Chillicothe Street in front of the listed location. Subject  moved the vehicle without incident and Officer returned to patrol.
5/17/2018	9:22 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	South Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a silver Cadillac SRX traveling northbound on South Chillicothe Street near the Plain City Elementary School. The vehicle did not have a driver's side headlight. I initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with Zachary Newland-Crabtree, the driver, and Eric Ferrell, the passenger.  Zachary was subsequently issued a citation for One Headlight-Two Required, License Forfeiture Suspension and No OL. He was also issued a summons for Drug Paraphernalia. Eric was also issued a summons for Drug Paraphernalia. They were both transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. Due to no one being able to pick up the vehicle, it was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot. See corresponding numbers for further information.
5/17/2018	3:45 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	North Ave.	Officer was on patrol on North Avenue when he observed the driver's door to a Chevrolet Silverado parked on the driveway there. Subject then secured the vehicle and Officer returned to patrol.

5/18/2018	9:09 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer was requested by UCSO to conduct an open air narcotic search on a vehicle involved in a traffic stop on US 33 near milepost 13.  Once Officer’s assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.
5/18/2018	4:00 PM	Theft/Identity	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a credit card/identify fraud. Subject was given information for the Attorney General Help Desk and advised to contact PCPD if she has any other issues.
5/19/2018	6:37 PM	Assist Other Agency	Memorial Dr.	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to respond to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Dispatch advised Officer was no longer needed prior to Officer’s arrival. Officer then returned to patrol.
