Dustin was issued a citation for driving under a 12 point suspension, no
valid ol, failure to reinstate and issued a criminal summons for open
container. Dustin’s vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Dept Impound
lot. Dustin was picked up by a valid driver.

The registration returned to Jake Riccardi with information advising
his license expired. During a probable cause search of the vehicle
Officer located a glass jar containing a gold marijuana grinder, a marijuana
cigarette, and a plastic bag containing marijuana. Jake was issued a citation
for marijuana paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. See case for
further.

Officer activated the radar and observed the vehicles speed at
34MPH in a 25 MPH speed zone. Officer made contact with the vehicle driver,
Jorge Armando Alvarez-Escobedo and his front seat passenger, Jose Tapia.
Jorge was subsequently issued a citation for Speed, No OL, and driving
on a Non-Compliance Suspension. Jose was issued a citation for No Safety
Belt. Jorge’s vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound
Lot.

advised that his bicycle was stolen from his driveway when he went inside to

Officer was flagged down by a passerby about a low hanging tree
limb. Upon my arrival, Officer observed the tree branch and was able to get
it free from the tree. Officer place it in the street lawn and notified the

Officer was dispatched to the area of in reference to a juvenile
leaving her residence without permission after being told not to leave.
Officer spoke with juvenile, she was advised of the possibilities of being
charged as an unruly child and the possibilities of probation. Juvenile
advised she understood and would follow the rules. Officer advised father to
contact PCPD if any further issues occur. Officer then returned to patrol.

utility trailer with no visible registration. Officer made contact with
the vehicle driver/owner, Michael Cochran. Mike was issued a citation

noncompliance suspension and a license forfeiture suspension. Mike’s vehicle
was towed to the Plain City Police Dept. Impound lot.

windows were down. Officer made contact with vehicle owner’s daughter.
She stated that her brother just started working for Tique Tock and he
might not have been aware that he was not to park there during business
hours. Subject advised that she would contact him and have the vehicle moved.

contact with the driver/owner, and his passengers, one of which was Floyd
Tyree. After further investigation it was found Floyd had a misdemeanor
warrant out of the City of Dublin Police Department for failure to appear on
a drug possession charge. Officer transported Floyd to the Dublin
Police Department where they took custody of him. Officer then returned to
patrol.
