5/27/2018	7:06 PM	Open Container	West Main St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Dodge Ram.  The registration returned to, Dustin Jones a suspended driver. Dustin was issued a citation for driving under a 12 point suspension, no valid ol, failure to reinstate and issued a criminal summons for open container. Dustin’s vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Dept Impound lot.  Dustin was picked up by a valid driver.
5/27/2018	10:53 PM	Telecom Harassment	West Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a harassment complaint. After suspect agreed to have no further contact with complainant, Officer returned to patrol.
5/27/2018	2:57 AM	Assist Other Agency	Friend St.	Officer met with OSP Post 80 Trooper at the police department to witness a BAC test. Once Officer’s presence was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.	Plain City Police Department
5/28/2018	6:12 PM	Message Delivery	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a message delivery. Officer was unable to make contact with subject.  Officer then returned to patrol.  Later, dispatch advised Officer that subject received message.
5/28/2018	9:23 PM	Marijuana	South Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a routine registration on a maroon Jeep.  The registration returned to Jake Riccardi with information advising his license expired.  During a probable cause search of the vehicle Officer located a glass jar containing a gold marijuana grinder, a marijuana cigarette, and a plastic bag containing marijuana. Jake was issued a citation for marijuana paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. See case for further.
5/28/2018	5:29 PM	Assist Other Agency	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a harassment complaint.  Complainant was referred to Madison County Sheriff's Office. Officer then returned to patrol.	Domino's Pizza
5/28/2018	4:18 PM	Traffic Stop	South Chillicothe St.	Officer activated the radar and observed the vehicles speed at 34MPH in a 25 MPH speed zone. Officer made contact with the vehicle driver, Jorge Armando Alvarez-Escobedo and his front seat passenger, Jose Tapia.  Jorge was subsequently issued a citation for Speed, No OL, and driving on a Non-Compliance Suspension. Jose was issued a citation for No Safety Belt. Jorge’s vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound Lot.
5/28/2018	7:30 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Alderwood Cir.	Officer observed a yellow Penske cargo truck parked in the driveway of a new build on Alderwood Circle.  After determining everything checked okay Officer returned to patrol.
5/29/2018	10:12 AM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Doe St.	Officer met with complainant at his residence.  Complainant advised that his bicycle was stolen from his driveway when he went inside to retrieve his water bottle.  Complainant advised he would need a copy of the report for insurance purposes.
5/29/2018	5:25 PM	Road Hazard	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was flagged down by a passerby about a low hanging tree limb. Upon my arrival, Officer observed the tree branch and was able to get it free from the tree. Officer place it in the street lawn and notified the street department. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/29/2018	7:21 PM	Unruly	Guy St.	Officer was dispatched to the area of in reference to a juvenile leaving her residence without permission after being told not to leave. Officer spoke with juvenile, she was advised of the possibilities of being charged as an unruly child and the possibilities of probation.  Juvenile advised she understood and would follow the rules. Officer advised father to contact PCPD if any further issues occur. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/29/2018	9:28 PM	Vandalism	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a criminal damaging complaint.   After contact with the owner of Mike's Pit Stop charges have been filed. See case for further information.	Mike's Pit Stop
5/29/2018	9:03 AM	Dead on Arrival	Fairfield Dr.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to an unresponsive female. Upon arrival, Officers and the Pleasant Valley Fire Department found subject deceased on the floor in her living room. See case for further information.
5/30/2018	11:10 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a car with its parking lights on since 1700 hours. Officer then made contact with vehicle owner, who turned the lights off. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.
5/30/2018	7:03 PM	Dog Bite	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dog bite. Officer advised canine owner that he would be completing a Dog Bite form and forwarding it to the UC Health Department and also to the Dog Warden.

5/31/2018	10:57 PM	Prowler	Weathervane Way	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible prowler. Upon arrival, Officer checked the property and did not locate anyone.  Complainant requested extra patrol due to having a similar incident the other day. Officer advised complainant that her residence would be placed on the house watch list and PCPD would provide extra patrol. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/31/2018	9:42 AM	Drug Paraphernalia	East Main St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle owner/driver, Kyle Mershon, and his passengers.  Kyle was issued a traffic citation for expired tags and a criminal summons for marijuana paraphernalia. 5/31/2018	5:51 PM	Motorist Assist	West Main St.	Officer, while on routine patrol, observed a female that appeared to be having trouble changing a tire.  Officer changed the front driver's side tire for subject. 6/1/2018	3:19 PM	Traffic Stop	North Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a bronze Chevy pick-up truck pulling a black utility trailer with no visible registration.  Officer made contact with the vehicle driver/owner, Michael Cochran.  Mike was issued a citation for fictitious tags, driving on an in-state drug suspension, driving on a noncompliance suspension and a license forfeiture suspension. Mike’s vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Dept. Impound lot.
6/1/2018	9:06 PM	Traffic Stop	North Chillicothe St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Timothy Blount. Timothy was issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL, Failure to Reinstate, driving under a Non-Compliance Suspension and fictitious tags, Timothy’s vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Dept impound lot.
6/1/2018	4:45 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Gay St.	Officer met with employee at the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Officer made contact with suspect, via public service, on this date.  Suspect apologized and stated that he hasn't had the money but would get the bill taken care of right away. 6/1/2018	2:00 PM	Parking Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was notified by Village of Plain City Fiscal Officer that a vehicle has been parked in the parking lot for a few days and the windows were down. Officer made contact with vehicle owner’s daughter.  She stated that her brother just started working for Tique Tock and he might not have been aware that he was not to park there during business hours. Subject advised that she would contact him and have the vehicle moved.	Municipal Buildings
6/1/2018	12:14 PM	Assist Other Unit	Converse Rd.	Union County Sheriff's Office was investigating a suspicious person complaint in the area of the listed address. After determining everything to be fine, I returned to patrol.

6/1/2018	8:09 PM	Traffic Stop	West Ave.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver.  Driver was given a verbal warning for the traffic violations. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/2/2018	6:12 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	East First Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a found canine. Officer transported the canine to the police department and secured it in the kennel. Later on, Officer met with the canine owner, at the police department. He apologized and was advised of the ordinance prohibiting animals running at large. The canine was released to him without incident.

6/2/2018	9:58 AM	Road Hazard	East First Ave.	Officer was on patrol near the listed location when he observed downed telephone lines.Officer made contact with the fire department to assist with clearing the roadway. Once the lines were no longer a hazard, I returned to patrol.

Subject advised she was going to specifically listed homes that were designated as unregistered voters and was a volunteer campaigner. Subject advised she would stop for the day and would get more information from her campaign manager before proceeding. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/2/2018	3:14 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver/owner, and his passengers, one of which was Floyd Tyree. After further investigation it was found Floyd had a misdemeanor warrant out of the City of Dublin Police Department for failure to appear on a drug possession charge.  Officer transported Floyd to the Dublin Police Department where they took custody of him. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/2/2018	4:35 PM	911 Follow-up	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Nothing appeared to be out of the ordinary. Officer then returned to patrol.
