released a short time later to a valid driver.

The
information returned to vehicle owner, Rachel Writesel. While
approaching the vehicle Officer recognized the driver to be Aaron Applin a
suspended driver. Aaron was issued a citation for driving under a
Non-Compliance Suspension, No Valid OL, Failure to Reinstate and issued a
criminal summons for marijuana paraphernalia. Rachel was issued a criminal
summons for possession of marijuana and given a verbal warning for wrongful
entrustment. A valid driver picked up the vehicle and its occupants.
