Christopher was issued a traffic citation for OVI, OVI Prohibited Concentration, Traffic Control Devices, Prohibited Acts for a CDL Holder. See case for further.
5/20/2018	2:57 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to assist with a suspicious person that was possibly under the influence of illegal narcotics. After Officer’s assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.	Village Mart (Marathon)
5/20/2018	8:25 PM	911 Follow-up	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.	Pastime Park
5/20/2018	12:11 AM	Assist Other Agency	Butler Ave.	Officers responded to the area of SR 161 and Butler Ave in reference to a possible domestic dispute.  Once assistance was no longer needed, Officers then returned to patrol.
5/21/2018	11:44 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible water main break. Officer stood by until a member of the street department arrived.
5/21/2018	3:21 PM	Traffic Stop	South Chillicothe St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with a red/maroon GMC SUV registered to Christina Diamond who was under suspension. Christina was subsequently cited for Non-Compliance Suspension and No Valid OL. Her vehicle was towed on scene by to the PCPD Impound Lot. She was released on foot, on scene. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/21/2018	4:49 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Noteman Rd.	Officer was dispatched to the police department for a civil standby.  Subject gathered her clothing without incident. Officer then returned to patrol, once subject was clear of the scene.
5/21/2018	9:49 PM	Disabled Vehicle	SR 161 E	Officer was on routine patrol when Officer observed a white Cadillac SUV partially in a drainage ditch.   After deeming everything fine Officer returned to patrol.
5/21/2018	10:03 PM	Storm Damage	Stenner Ct.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a tree possibly striking the building. Upon arrival Officer learned that the tree had caused no damage to the structure and that the manager of property had been notified. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/21/2018	10:13 PM	Road Hazard	Country Meadow Ln.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a tree that had fallen in the roadway. Upon arrival Officer located a tree blocking the roadway. Officer removed the tree so that it was no longer a hazard and returned to patrol.
5/22/2018	8:45 PM	Driving Complaint	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Jose Martinez. Jose was subsequently issued a citation for No OL (ORC 4510.12A1) and Stop Sign (331.19). 5/22/2018	6:32 PM	Recovered/Found Property	West Main St.	Officer was at the police department when a subject turned in a wallet he found on the sidewalk along West Main Street. Officer later made contact with the owner of the wallet at which time his wallet was returned to him. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/22/2018	6:09 PM	Assist Other Agency	Lafayette-Plain City Rd.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location to assist the Union County Sheriff's Office with an alarm drop. After determining everything to be fine, Officers returned to patrol.	Darby Grace Church
5/22/2018	2:21 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Chillicothe St.	Officer met with Kirby's Towing at the police department. They requested assistance getting to the listed location to remove an abandoned vehicle from private property. Kirby's removed the vehicle without issue and Officer returned to patrol.
5/22/2018	4:40 PM	Vandalism	Coachman Dr.	Officer met with complainant at the listed location in reference to a criminal mischief complaint. Officer later received a call from complainant who stated that he received a call from suspect’s father and they had agreed to have the panel replaced. Complainant thanked Officer for making contact with the suspect’s parents.
5/23/2018	8:17 PM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic dispute. Dispatch advised that they received a 911 call from Nathan Stamper advising that he was involved a verbal dispute with his girlfriend at the listed location. Nathan was subsequently charged with Domestic Violence and Aggravated Menacing. See case for further information.

5/23/2018	8:39 PM	Domestic Dispute	Central Ave.	UCSO Deputy and PCPD were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Upon determining everything to be okay, we then returned to patrol.

5/24/2018	7:05 PM	Injury Crash	West Main St.	Officer responded to the area of West Main Street and South Chillicothe Street in reference to a noninjury crash. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with Michael Hill and the other vehicle driver. Michael was subsequently issued a citation for ACDA. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/24/2018	9:26 PM	Assist Other Agency	Smith Calhoun Rd.	Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to assist them on a possible suicide threat at the listed location. Once Officer’s presence was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.
5/25/2018	4:36 PM	Well-being Check	West Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the area of West Main Street and Park Street in reference to a well-being check. After determining everything to be fine, both units returned to patrol.

5/25/2018	9:48 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to perform an open-air narcotic search of a vehicle involved in a traffic stop on US 42 at New California. Prior to arrival UCSO Officer’s assistance was no longer needed. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/25/2018	7:08 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to perform an open-air narcotic search of a vehicle involved in a traffic stop on US 33 eastbound at SR 161. After Officer’s assistance was no longer needed Officer returned to patrol.
5/25/2018	12:19 AM	Assist Other Agency	Mitchell Dewitt Rd.	Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a well-being check. After determining everything checked okay Officer returned to patrol.
5/25/2018	7:33 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Willow Creek Dr.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances.  Complainant advised he had already spoken with his neighbors who advised they had not noticed anything out of the ordinary. Officer then returned to patrol.
5/26/2018	11:43 PM	Marijuana	East Main St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check.                                                                                                                                                                                                               The information returned to vehicle owner, Rachel Writesel.  While approaching the vehicle Officer recognized the driver to be Aaron Applin a suspended driver. Aaron was issued a citation for driving under a Non-Compliance Suspension, No Valid OL, Failure to Reinstate and issued a criminal summons for marijuana paraphernalia. Rachel was issued a criminal summons for possession of marijuana and given a verbal warning for wrongful entrustment.  A valid driver picked up the vehicle and its occupants. See case for further.
5/26/2018	12:43 AM	Marijuana	West Main St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver and the occupants.  Alain Giovanni Ortiz Romo was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. .
5/26/2018	12:44 AM	Assist Other Agency	Currier Rd.	Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Officer stood by until another Deputy arrived on scene.
5/26/2018	12:13 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the area of East Main St. and North Ave. reference a suspicious red minivan that was attempting to go door to door, soliciting. Officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.
5/26/2018	1:14 PM	Road Hazard	US Rt. 42 S	Officer was on patrol when advised of a road hazard on US42, north of N. Chillicothe St. in the roadway. Officer located a semi mud flap in the roadway. It was taken back to the police department and disposed of in the dumpster. Officer then returned to patrol.
