Neither party had any signs of injuries nor did they appear as if they were in a physical altercation. Officers warned both parties for disorderly conduct. Officers then returned to patrol.

Upon arrival, Officers made contact with a male subject and Johnna Lawrence. Johnna was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Domestic Violence. Officer referred caller to contact customer support for Microsoft and YouTube and advised him to check out the Attorney General's website for information on protecting his identity. Officer then returned to patrol.

Krista was subsequently issued a Summons for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia. Officer then returned to patrol.

5/10/2018	5:35 PM	Driving Complaint	Gay St.	Officer was dispatched to the area of South Chillicothe Street and East Main Street in reference to a driving complaint. The complainant advised that an older model black Ford pickup was driving reckless.  Officer made contact with the driver, who became known to me as Larry Patrick and advised him of the complaint. Larry was subsequently issued a citation for OVI Suspension (ORC 4510.14A) and No OL (ORC 4510.12A). His vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot.  Larry was transported to the McDonald’s an Officer to wait for a ride.
5/11/2018	10:13 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to the lights being on and the open sign still being on. Upon arrival Officer checked the building and found it secure. Officer stood by while owner turned the lights off and resecured the door. Officer then returned to patrol.	Plain City Clock Tower Bldg.

Officer advised complainant the incident would be documented, but could not do anything about a third party spreading rumors. After deeming everything fine Officer returned to patrol. 5/12/2018	10:55 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	North Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. Officer advised complainant to call if she heard anything else and that PCPD would provide extra patrol to the area. Complainant thanked Officer for his time and Officer returned to patrol.
5/12/2018	1:18 AM	Drunk Driver	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time I responded to the area of South Chillicothe Street and Jackson Street in reference to a noninjury crash. The caller stated that a female, named Carolyn Miller, had crashed her Red Volvo into a parked silver Honda Fit and was attempting to leave the scene. After making contact with Carolyn and further investigation Carolyn was placed under arrest for OVI and transported back to the Police Department. Carolyn was issued a citation for failure to control and OVI and released into her husband’s custody.
5/12/2018	1:12 PM	Disabled Vehicle	East Main St.	Officer was on patrol when he observed a disabled vehicle on East Main St. near N. Chillicothe St.  Officer stood by on scene until he had cones set up properly in the rear of his vehicle. Officer then returned to patrol. Later, Ofc. Hirtzinger assisted with traffic control while the wrecker loaded the semi.

Complainant advised that his daughter had already spoken to one of the managers at the Der Dutchman, but requested that Officer look into attempting to identify the other driver. 5/12/2018	6:49 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Chrysler Sebring traveling southbound on Plain City-Georgesville Rd near Darby Fields Blvd. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver/owner, Jonathan Freeze and his passenger, Raymond Bundy. Raymond was issued a criminal summons for possession of marijuana and marijuana drug paraphernalia. Jonathan was issued a traffic citation for Driving Under a noncompliance suspension and No Valid OL. Jonathan was issued a criminal summons for Drug Paraphernalia, Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Additional charges pending lab results. Jonathan’s vehicle was picked up by a valid driver. See case/media for further.
5/12/2018	9:57 PM	Driving Complaint	West Main St.	Officer responded to the area of US 42 in reference to a driving complaint. After speaking with the driver further and determining he was not impaired Officer advised him to drive more carefully and returned to patrol.	Marathon/Lovejoy Food Mart
