Patrick and advised him of the complaint. Larry was subsequently issued a
citation for OVI Suspension (ORC 4510.14A) and No OL (ORC 4510.12A). His
vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot. Larry was transported
to the McDonald’s an Officer to wait for a ride.

On the stated date and time I responded to the area of South
Chillicothe Street and Jackson Street in reference to a noninjury crash. The
caller stated that a female, named Carolyn Miller, had crashed her Red Volvo
into a parked silver Honda Fit and was attempting to leave the scene. After
making contact with Carolyn and further investigation Carolyn was placed
under arrest for OVI and transported back to the Police Department. Carolyn
was issued a citation for failure to control and OVI and released into her
husband’s custody.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Chrysler
Sebring traveling southbound on Plain City-Georgesville Rd near Darby Fields
Blvd. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with
the driver/owner, Jonathan Freeze and his passenger, Raymond Bundy. Raymond
was issued a criminal summons for possession of marijuana and marijuana drug
paraphernalia. Jonathan was issued a traffic citation for Driving Under a
noncompliance suspension and No Valid OL. Jonathan was issued a criminal
summons for Drug Paraphernalia, Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia and possession
of marijuana. Additional charges pending lab results. Jonathan’s vehicle was

complaint. After speaking with the driver further and determining he was not
impaired Officer advised him to drive more carefully and returned to patrol.
