Officer was performing foot patrol at Pastime Park when advised
by the park manager she wanted to evict subjects for failure to pay for the
last two days Subject advised they would vacate because her mother would be
arriving within the hour. Officer then returned to patrol. Officer
returned to the campsite and observed the 3 tents earlier and the tied up
dog. Officer advised subjects that littering and animal abandonment charges
would be filed if those items were not taken off-site tonight.

paraphernalia. The passenger was a valid driver and drove the vehicle away.
