Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a harassment complaint and custody dispute.  Officer advised subject that until custody agreement was set in place that he was to have no contact with complainant. Subject stated that he understood and would not. Officer then returned to patrol.

Suspicious Vehicle
Shepper Ave.
Officer conducted a routine registration check on a gold Honda sedan parked in front of 249 Shepper Ave. Vehicle owner was advised that since she is a suspended driver she needed to have a valid driver move the vehicle off the street and onto a private drive before Monday afternoon and remove the plates until the registration can be transferred over to the Honda. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officers were requested by the Union County Sheriff's Officer to the area of US 42 N near Hickory Ridge in reference to two males walking south bound along the roadway. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officers then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a juvenile possibly being struck by a vehicle. Laura Oakley was subsequently placed into Officer’s cruiser and advised her that she would be issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct. She was then released into a friend’s custody, who transported her back to her residence. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer received a fax referral from FCDOJFS regarding a possible GSI incident that occurred at the listed location. FCDOJFS advised that she would be contacting victims to set up an interview.

Officer dispatched to the listed location in reference a possible drunk driver. After speaking with subject, she was clearly not impaired. Passenger of vehicle was advised to dump out the beer, which he complied. He was then given a warning for Open Container, before returning to patrol.

Officer was on patrol when I checked the speed of a silver Chevy truck hauling a trailer traveling northbound on US 42 near Dollar General at 59 MPH in a 35 MPH speed zone. William Amburgey was subsequently issued a citation for Speed and Seat Belt-Driver. His trailer was also towed from scene due to not being registered properly. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was met on station by subject. Subject requested a voucher to take to St. Joseph to get cash assistance. Subject checked negative NCIC and was given a voucher to take to St. Joseph's.

Warrant - Felony
North Chillicothe St.
Officer met with PC Parks and Rec Director in reference to several people who were primitive camping without permits. All parties advised that they would go ahead and leave the premises. Eli Dean arrived while speaking with the other parties. While checking everyone NCIC, Officer learned that Edward had an entered warrant out of the Union County Common Pleas Court for FTA on a Pre Sentencing Investigation Hearing (confirmed). He was placed into custody without incident by Officers.

Officer observed a white Dodge Sedan commit a turn signal violation at the intersection of North Chillicothe St and West Main St.  Subject was given a verbal warning for the traffic violation. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a trespassing compliant.  Officer checked the area but the four-wheeler was gone upon arrival. Officer then returned to patrol.

North Chillicothe St.
Officer met with Plain City Parks and Rec Director at the park office. Complainant advised Officer subject’s credit card returned insufficient funds. Officer made contact with subject, via public service, and advised her of the incident. She was advised that she needed to pay by 1800 hrs or she could be criminally charged. Officer spoke with complainant a short time later who advised that subject had paid $10 in cash for the registration.
