Upon arrival, Officers spoke with subject and his mother.  It was found that they were in a verbal argument.  After speaking with both parties they advised they would stay in separate rooms for the night. After deeming everything fine, Officers returned to patrol.		Pending
10/24/2019	7:16 PM	Suspicious Person	East Main St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with caller who advised Officers she ordered food and was having it delivered to her house. Caller advised she then got spooked when the delivery driver.  Caller advised she looked out the window and it appeared as if the driver was re-organizing the porch furniture and dancing around. The driver was gone prior to Officer's arrival.		Pending
10/24/2019	7:13 PM	Injury Crash Hitskip	East Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible injury hit skip. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with both parties at the scene.  Driver one advised Officer she was stopped at a red light at the intersection of East Main St and North Chillicothe St when she was struck from behind by Driver two's vehicle.  Driver two advised Officer that he was also stopped at the light behind driver one.  Driver two advised Officer a black Sedan then rear ended him causing him to collide with driver one. Driver two advised the black Sedan then left the scene and took off eastbound on East Main St. Both parties exchanged insurance information. See media for further.		Pending
10/24/2019	6:36 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer stood-by with complainant as he collected items from his apartment to avoid possible confrontation between he and his wife.  Officr then returned to patrol.		Approved
