Property Manager advised that her husband had permission to fish as they were trying to fish out the pond as they were damaging the fountain. | 10/2/2019 | 4:58 PM | Message Delivery | Park St. | Officer was dispatched to the area of Park Street at West Main Street in reference to an elderly man needing help. A passerby called stating that an elderly man was sitting on a wall and said he needed the Police. Upon arrival, Officer met with subject who advised that he needed help finding his cousin. Subject advised that he was supposed to meet his cousin at the library but was late and missed her. Subject did not know how to reach his cousin. Officer was able to contact subject's cousin who stated that she would come pick subject up. Officer stood by until subject's cousin arrived and after they left the area, Officer returned to patrol. | Pending |
