10/22/2019 7:58 PM Vandalism SR 161 E  Officer met with complainant at the police department in reference to a theft complaint. Complainant advised Officer that he had a 6' x 3' election banner on SR 161E, west of Old 161.  Someone cut the banner and took it along with one of his posts. Complainant also advised that he had two smaller election signs on the opposite side of the road that were taken. Complainant he had permission from the farmer to put them on the property. Complainant requested that the incident be documented. See attached media for further information.   Approved
10/22/2019 7:32 PM Suspicious Person Converse Dr. Officer was dispatched the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller who advised a male knocked on the door and then stood there for a minute and left. Officer advised complainant that subject was out in the neighborhood handing out campaign fliers for Jerome Township Trustee and showed her a flier for laying on the table beside her door. Officer then met with subject a couple of doors down and confirmed that subject had been to that residence to leave a flier. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.   Returned

10/22/2019 6:15 PM Assist Other Agency Friend St. Officer met with complainant at the police department. Complainant advised Officer that she was a victim of a road rage incident that occurred on SR 161 near Costco (Union County).  A few minutes later, UCSO Deputy arrived on the scene and met with complainant. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol. Plain City Police Department Approved
10/22/2019 2:45 AM Suspicious Person/Vehicle South Jefferson Ave. Officer observed a black Chrysler Town and Country parked on the listed location's parking lot with its headlights on. Officer made contact with the vehicle's driver who stated that she was delivering newspapers and was waiting for her boss to meet her. After determining everything checked okay, Officer returned to patrol. Shell Station / Subway Approved
10/22/2019 12:46 AM Suspicious Vehicle South Jefferson Ave. Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a suspicious vehicle at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer checked a 2007 white Toyota SUV and made contact with subject. Subject advised she was an employee of the listed location and was getting ready to leave. Once determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol. Der Dutchman Approved
