Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject who advised he was firing off fireworks. Subject was advised it was illegal and given a warning. 9/30/2019 9:10 PM Suspicious Person North Ave. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. The caller advised an unknown white male, wearing a plaid shirt and shorts, walked up and asked to by crack cocaine. The male then walked off towards Ferguson Funeral Home. Upon arrival, Officer searched the area but was unable to locate the male. Officer then returned to patrol. Darby Apartments Pending
9/30/2019 7:14 PM Parking Complaint Wellsley Way On the stated date and time Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a parking complaint. An anonymous caller advised a vehicle with a cover over top was parked in front of the listed location for a long period of time. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the owner and learned the vehicle had only been parked on the street for approximately twenty-four hours. Owner advised he was moving the vehicle back to his garage. After determining the vehicle was parked legally, Officers determined everything to be fine and returned to patrol.   Pending
9/30/2019 3:12 PM Solicitor West Second Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of the listed location in reference to a solicitor complaint. Upon arrival, Officer observed Derick Charbonneau Jr. at the front door of the listed location. Upon speaking with Derick, he admitted to working for CRM Marketing and was attempting to sell for Frontier Energy. Derick did not have a valid permit. Derick was cited for Peddler/Solicitor and advised of his court date. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
