10/11/2019 2:19 AM CIT Incident Coachman Dr. UCSO Deputy and Officer were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an attempted suicide. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the subject and his mother.  Officer requested medical personnel and they arrived a short time later. Subject, along with Officer rode with the medics to hospital for a mental health evaluation. Subject was released to medical personnel at hospital. Officer then returned to patrol.  A CIT report was filed for this incident.   Approved
10/11/2019 6:10 AM Miscellaneous - Unclassified Friend St. Officer was completing a check of cruiser 403 when Officer observed damage to the right rear bumper. The damage was consistent with someone striking the cruiser and leaving behind greenish-blue paint transfer. The damage was not there Thursday morning during Officer's vehicle check. Officer later photographed the damage and returned to patrol. Plain City Police Department Pending
10/11/2019 9:48 AM Miscellaneous - Unclassified North Chillicothe St. Officer was dispatched to the area of North Chillicothe Street and Noteman Road in reference to female sitting in green Ford Escape, possibly passed out. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject who advised she was resting and waiting on the rest of her painting crew to get there to finish painting. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.   Approved
10/11/2019 10:32 PM Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor North Ave. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. The caller stated that he had left the residence and was on his way to the hospital to have his hand evaluated. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with, Summer Allison, inside the listed location.  Summer admitted to striking the caller several times with a closed fist and possibly hitting his hand with a wrench. A short time later, Officer placed Summer into custody for Domestic Violence. Officer transported Summer to Tri-County Regional Jail and released her into their custody without issue.  See case for further   Pending
10/11/2019 12:59 AM CIT Incident Coachman Dr. Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an attempted suicide. The caller advised that subject made threats, via social media.  Upon arrival, Officers made contact with subject and his mother.  Subject advised that he was only trying to get attention from caller and was not wanting to commit suicide. Medical personnel arrived on scene a short time later and medically cleared subject. Subject declined to be voluntarily transported by the medics.  Caller was advised to find healthier coping mechanisms and was given suggestions. Officers then requested subject's mother keep an eye on her son for the rest of the evening. Officer then returned to patrol.  CIT report was filed for this incident   Pending
10/12/2019 5:07 PM Traffic Stop South Jefferson Ave. Officer observed a black Dodge pick-up traveling northbound on South Chillicothe St near West Ave. The registration returned to, David Thayer, a non-valid driver. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the owner/driver, David Thayer. David was later issued a citation for Failure to Reinstate X2 and No Valid OL. David's vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound lot. David was picked up by a valid driver.   Pending
10/12/2019 3:13 AM Domestic Dispute East Main St. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who stated that he had been in a verbal dispute with his girlfriend.  While speaking with caller,  subject exited the residence through the rear door and left the area on foot. Officers then checked the area.  Officers also attempted to make contact with subject via public service but was sent directly to voicemail. Caller stated that if subject returned to the residence he would contact the Police Department. After checking the area further and not locating subject, all units returned to patrol.   Pending
10/12/2019 10:40 AM 911 Follow-up South Chillicothe St. Officer was dispatched to the area of Fairfield Drive and South Chillicothe Street in reference to a 911 follow up. While in route dispatched advised that the caller hung up. Dispatch advised on call back the subject advised no problem then disconnected. Upon arrival, Officer could not locate a subject. Officer then contacted the number provided by dispatch. The caller was hard to understand due to a language barrier, but Officer was able to gather there was no issue and subject was out of the Plain City area.    Pending
10/12/2019 2:55 PM Civil Dispute/Standby North Chillicothe St. Officer received a call from complainant, PC Parks Director, who advised Officer that she was having an issue with some campers and was going to have them removed from the park. Upon arrival, Officer met with complainant who advised that she heard from a camper that subject was trying to sell some Suboxone. Complainant also advised that there was trash all over the campsite. Complainant advised all parties at the campsite of the incident and they needed to pack their things up and leave immediately. Officer questioned male subject about the alleged drug incident, which he denied any involvement. At complainant's request, Officer stood by until all parties departed the area. All parties were advised they are not permitted to camp at the park in the future. As Officer was clearing the scene, another camper advised that male subject was going around asking for money.  Note: Male subject was advised not to do this in OIR #19-1287.  Pastime Park Approved
10/13/2019 8:48 PM Suspicious Circumstances West South St. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with complainant who advised she had given permission to her boyfriend to use her mother's vehicle. Complainant was concerned that subject was not returning repeated phone calls. Complainant was advised of several steps she could take to retrieve the vehicle. Complainant advised of the possible location of the vehicle.  Officer advised due to address being outside of PCPD jurisdiction complainant would need to contact UCSO in order to arrange a civil standby. Both units then returned to patrol.   Pending

10/14/2019 6:10 AM Stolen Car Maple St. Officer was dispatched to Maple Street in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller and vehicle owner who advised that an unknown person had stolen her Maroon 2017 Ford Fusion from her driveway sometime overnight. Caller confirmed that she did not give anyone permission to drive the vehicle. The vehicle was entered NCIC. For more information see case.   Pending

10/14/2019 6:27 PM CIT Incident Maple Ct. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a sick person. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject and subject's mother.  Subject was laying on her bed, going in and out of consciousness.  Subject was unable to speak. Medic arrived shortly thereafter and transported subject to hospital.  Officer then returned to patrol. CIT report filed for this incident   Pending
10/14/2019 6:55 PM CIT Incident Spaulding Ave. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a reported domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised Officer that his girlfriend had been drinking and is not acting right.  Due to subject having issues standing and sitting without almost falling over Officer requested dispatch to have a medic come to the scene. After medical personnel examined subject, subject agreed to be transported to the hospital. Officer then followed the medic to hospital, at medic's request. Officer later returned to patrol. 10/14/2019 7:20 PM Juvenile Friend St. Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with complainant and her son.  Complainant advised that her son was upset with her.  Complainant's son dumped a can of raspberry jelly and apple butter on the floorboard in the backseat. Officer spoke with subject and observed the contents poured on floorboard. Complainant advised that she could not deal with subject tonight.  Subject's grandfather was contacted and stated he would pick up subject and ensure he would get to school the next day. Subject was advised he needs to obey his mother's rule while living in her residence. Subject was released to the grandfather. Officer then returned to patrol.
