Upon my arrival, Officer located a wire that was approximately three feet off the ground. Officer determined that the line belonged to Spectrum. Spectrum advised that they would have a crew come and fix it, but could not give a time frame. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the complainant who advised Officer he observed a sick raccoon in the yard of the listed location that had been there for several hours. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant who advised that Village employees had just replaced the manhole cover. Complainant showed Officer the tires on his 2011 Chevy truck and what complainant believed was damage caused by running it over. However, upon checking the other tires, including the ones on the passenger side, Officer found similar knicks in the treads of those tires as well. It appeared to Officer that the damage was existing and was not caused by the manhole cover. Officer took photos of the tires since complainant was reporting damage to those and Officer then returned to patrol. | Approved | |

The caller, who wished to remain anonymous, advised a male subject and female subject were arguing and throwing things. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with female subject and learned the male subject was asleep inside of the listed location. After speaking with both parties, Officer learned approximately thirty minutes prior to arrival, male subject got upset and started throwing some of female subject’s personal items. Male subject apologized and stated he was stressed due to his vehicle getting repossessed. Male subject was given a warning for disorderly conduct, and Officer returned to patrol. | Pending | |
