7/11/2019	11:49 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with complainant who advised he had an EOS Rebel T6 Camera stolen from underneath his bed. See corresponding case for further.		Pending
7/11/2019	9:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer was advised of a wire that was down on the west side of the listed location. Upon my arrival, Officer located a wire that was approximately three feet off the ground. Officer determined that the line belonged to Spectrum.  Spectrum advised that they would have a crew come and fix it, but could not give a time frame. Officer put several pieces of caution tape on the wire so that it was easily seen by anyone traveling through the area. Officer then returned to patrol.	YMCA Latchkey	Approved
7/11/2019	8:53 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer responded to the listed location at request of the UCSO for a K9 assist. After assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.	Village Mart (Marathon)	Pending
7/11/2019	7:24 PM	Recovered/Found Property	East Main St.	Officer met with subject at the police department who advised Officer that he found a tan wallet lying in the rear parking lot of the listed location.  Officer attempted to contact the owner of the wallet, but was unsuccessful. Officer left a business card in the front door of wallet owner’s residence and returned to patrol.  At 2017 Hours-Officer met with wallet owner at the police department and released the wallet to her. 7/11/2019	6:42 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Carriage Dr.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a sick raccoon. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the complainant who advised Officer he observed a sick raccoon in the yard of the listed location that had been there for several hours. The raccoon appeared to be weak, sick, and fatigued. The raccoon was then dispatched and disposed of.		Pending
7/11/2019	11:46 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Gay St.	Officer responded to Gay Street just south of the bridge in reference to a manhole cover becoming dislodged and causing damage to a passing vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant who advised that Village employees had just replaced the manhole cover. Complainant showed Officer the tires on his 2011 Chevy truck and what complainant believed was damage caused by running it over. However, upon checking the other tires, including the ones on the passenger side, Officer found similar knicks in the treads of those tires as well. It appeared to Officer that the damage was existing and was not caused by the manhole cover.  Officer took photos of the tires since complainant was reporting damage to those and Officer then returned to patrol. 7/11/2019	1:14 AM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. The caller, who wished to remain anonymous, advised a male subject and female subject were arguing and throwing things. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with female subject and learned the male subject was asleep inside of the listed location. After speaking with both parties, Officer learned approximately thirty minutes prior to arrival, male subject got upset and started throwing some of female subject’s personal items. Male subject apologized and stated he was stressed due to his vehicle getting repossessed. Male subject was given a warning for disorderly conduct, and Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
7/11/2019	1:08 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer was requested the UCSO to have K9 Andor complete a narcotic sniff of a vehicle involved in a traffic stop on US 33 near US 42. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
