7/10/2019	8:02 PM	Solicitor	Shepper Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the area of Shepper Avenue in reference to a white female who was soliciting. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the female suspect in the parking lot of Ferguson Funeral Home. Officer advised the female suspect of the complaint.   Female suspect stated that she was working for an energy company and didn't know she needed a permit. Officers then made contact with 4 male subjects who were all soliciting without permits. Officers advised all parties about the no soliciting ordinance sign that is posted when they come into Plain City and also explained the process to obtain valid permits. Due to not seeing anyone soliciting, all parties were a given a warning.  After determining everything to be fine, both units returned to patrol.		Approved
