Upon arrival made contact with an employee from Jan and Tony's Pizza who advised she went to place a deposit in the drop box but it would not open. Officer was then met on scene by a key holder with the bank who advised the drop box could not be fixed until tomorrow. Bank employee then took the deposit and secured it inside of the bank. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with complainant who advised her front window to her house was shot with a BB gun. Officer then observed a small hole and a BB lodged in her window. Officer then spoke to several neighbors, who all advised they did not know who could have done this. Complainant advised she wanted a report, as she may contact her insurance company. | Pending | |

Officer was able to determine that the semi had just left the Bindery Press Works and was advised that the driver worked for USF Holland. Officer made contact with USF Holland Dispatch Center and was advised that the driver was a Christopher Fought. Officer later met with Christopher at the Police Department. Complainant wanted to know her options regarding the incidents. Complainant was given advice and did not want to get anyone in trouble. Complainant did not want Officer to speak with subjects.
