6/26/2019 | 11:18 PM | DOC | West Main St. | Officer was flagged down by a passerby and advised of an intoxicated subject behind the listed location who was arguing. Upon arrival, Officer located William Millington, talking loudly on his phone. Officer made contact with William, who began cursing and yelling at Officer. William continued to yell and curse, and was given several warnings for disorderly conduct. Officer eventually made contact with William’s wife who arrived on scene shortly thereafter, and William was advised to get into the vehicle and go home. William continued to argue, but eventually got into the vehicle and they left the scene. At approximately 0004 hours on 6-27-2019, Officer observed William walking southbound on North Chillicothe Street. Officers made contact with William and learned William continued to argue with his wife after they left the scene, and exited her vehicle while she was at a stop sign. William then began walking southbound on North Chillicothe Street. While speaking with William, he was again argumentative and cursing. William was then placed under arrest for Persistent Disorderly Conduct and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. | Mike's Pit Stop | Returned |
6/27/2019 | 4:00 PM | Traffic Stop | South Chillicothe St. | Officer was on stationary patrol in the parking lot of South Chillicothe St. Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Chevrolet Pick-Up. The registration returned to Barry Thomas, Jr a suspended driver. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the owner/driver, Barry Thomas Jr. Barry then provided Officer with his license, proof of insurance (valid), and a copy of his driving privileges. Officer reviewed the privileges and observed they only covered the case number for two of the three active suspensions. Officer also learned that the BMV Deputy Registrar attached a note to the vehicle registration advising to seize the vehicle plates. Officer advised Barry of Officer’s findings. Barry was then issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL, and FRA Suspension. Barry's vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot. Upon arrival, Officer met with subject who was sitting behind the building eating food. Subject advised he wanted out of the direct sunlight while eating the food he had just purchased from the Red Door Barbeque food truck. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised that a truck pulling a camper trailer stuck the west end of the drive through overhang. Officer then spoke with the truck's driver and his passenger. Driver advised Officer he miss judged the overhang and struck it with his camper. The south side of the roadway is a No Parking Zone. Officer also observed a white Lexus parked in the driveway, blocking the sidewalk. Upon arrival, Officer observed subject walking through the grass. Subject appeared to be in pain as she walked. The caller advised dispatch that his spare tire broke and fell onto the roadway. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller and the driver of the vehicle that had run over the tire. Subject who ran over the tire advised her vehicle was not damaged the tire just pulled the engine guard free from the bottom of her vehicle. Both parties agreed to exchange information and the caller would pay to have the engine guard reinstalled. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol. | Pending | |

Officer checked the vehicles speed using the tru speed 20/20 laser at 60mph in a 50mph speed zone. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver and his passengers. Driver was given a verbal warning for speed. 6/30/2019 | 3:50 PM | Miscellaneous - Unclassified | West Main St. | Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible burglary. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with complainant who advised the listed location recently got foreclosed on and in May, the house was bought at an auction. The residence is still in her name, as the sale has not been finalized. Complainant then spoke with contracted service and advised them that the house was not abandoned. Complainant was advised they understood and were going to put a lock box on the house and would provide complainant with the code. Complainant went to the residence today, and the front door locks were changed and there was no lock box. Complainant then went to the back door, and used her key to get into the residence. Once inside of the residence, complainant advised her house had been gone through, papers were scattered everywhere and loose change was missing from a change container. Complainant then went to the garage, and learned the locks were there also changed. Complainant then pried the door open with a shovel, and learned a small black toolbox was missing. Complainant stated she had permission from her bank to remove the rest of her items from the house, and wanted to know who entered the house and took her belongings. Complainant then provided Officer with the information to her bank, along with the information to contracted services, who work with the bank. Officer advised complainant Officer would contact her back and mortgage company and get back with her tomorrow. | Pending | |

Dispatch advised that, Isaac Davis was currently choking his girlfriend in front of the listed location. Dispatch advised that Isaac was also threatening several subjects with a knife. Upon arrival, Officer located Isaac Davis inside the residence. Upon further investigation, Isaac was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. Isaac was charged with Domestic Violence, Aggravated Menacing and Resisting Arrest. Officer then returned to patrol. | Pending | |

Officer advised vehicle owner that the vehicle does not have any registration on it and it is parked in the Village right of way. Officer advised vehicle owner that she has 24 hours to get the vehicle moved out of the Village right of way. Vehicle owner advised she understood and would have it moved.
