Officer responded to the area of South Chillicothe Street in reference to a vehicle that had driven through the listed location's yard.  Gabriel Smith was issued a citation for Failure To Reinstate, Driving Upon Streets lawns or curbs, and Operating Without a Valid Drivers License.

Officer was notified that the traffic light at the intersection of SR 161 and US 42 was not working.  Officer contacted the Village Street Department. An employee arrived a short time later and reset the light.  Officer then returned to patrol.

Driving Complaint

US Rt. 42 N

Officer was dispatched to US Rte. 42 and the north corporation limits in reference to a driving complaint.  The driver advised he did not have a spare tire to change and could not afford a tow bill.  Officer advised that he can not drive the vehicle on the rear rim and a flat front tire.  Driver was advised to secure the vehicle off the roadway and to call for a ride. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer met with UCSO Deputy at the Police Department to conduct a BAC test.  Once assistance was no longer necessary, Officer returned to patrol.
