There was nothing inside of the mailbox, and Officer did not observe anything else out of the ordinary. Officer then removed the substance from the top of the mailbox and returned to patrol. 08-Sep-20	4:38:00 PM	Neighbor Dispute	East West Ave.	Officer received a call on station from complaint after complainant had witnessed her neighbor recording and/or photographing her daughter.  Neighbor advised she records complainant's daughter when she rides her bicycle past the house because in the past she has cursed at the adults there and also harassed the children.  Neighbor advised she wanted to document the incidents in case other issues arose.  Officer contacted complainant and advised her of this.
