The dog was startled, turned around and bit the juvenile on the stomach causing a traumatic injury. The juvenile's guardian declined medical transport and stated they would be going to Urgent Care after the baseball game concluded. The dog's owner was advised the dog would need to be quarantined at their residence and the Union Co.
