Owner apologized for the inconvenience and advised that he starts the car in order to cool the interior, but would try to be more understanding of his neighbors in the future. Upon arrival, Officer spoke to the driver of the truck, who was an employee of the landscaping company doing some re-grading and re-seeding for the project developer. Officer explained that the call was due to the truck driving on the pedestrian/bike path. Employee said that there was no other way to access the areas he needed to access. Employee advised that they believe the tape is being placed to muffle the sound of the advertisements. Employee said the tape leaves a residue on the speakers and that their pumps are new, so they want to keep them in like new condition. Employee advised they don't know who is doing this, but believe they know the truck they drive, so when it returns they will attempt to get a license plate number. 06/18/20 | 1:32 PM | Non-Injury Crash | West Bigelow Ave. | On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer met with the driver, Charlotte Lambka, who advised she was driving westbound in a light blue 2007 Honda Accord. Charlotte advised that some paperwork fell off the dashboard and she tried to catch it. When she did so, she swerved slightly to the right, striking the passenger front end of a 2010 Ford Fusion that was parked in front of the residence. This caused damage to both vehicles. While Officer was on scene, the owner of the Ford Fusion arrived. Charlotte was issued a citation for Failure to Control. Both parties exchanged insurance information. | | Returned |
