The reporting party advised that a green Honda was parked on the front lawn of the listed location. The vehicle had expired registration, as well as disabling damage. Officer made contact with subject at the residence, who agreed to move the vehicle and park it in a proper location on their property. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with juvenile's mother, who stated that she was in a verbal dispute with juvenile. Juvenile's mother stated that juvenile left the residence without her permission and believed juvenile would walk to a friend’s house. Officer then made contact with juvenile near listed location and transported her back to her residence. Officer advised juvenile to follow her mother’s commands and then returned to patrol.		Approved
06/08/20	10:29:00 AM	Well-being Check	Gay St.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. The caller requested Officer check on his son, who is with his mother at the listed location. Caller had been unable to make contact with his child's mother for two days. Upon arrival, Officer checked the residence but was unable to make contact with the mother. Officer attempted to contact mother via public service but had to leave a voicemail. Caller was advised of the outcome, Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
06/09/20	9:04:00 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Bigelow Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a behavioral health issue. The caller stated she had an employee who was extremely paranoid and hallucinating. Upon arrival, Officer learned the subject was given a ride to the hospital by the caller's son, but refused to go inside and would be returning to the listed location shortly. After a short while, caller's son arrived back alone and advised subject called his mother and left the area with her. Caller's son suspected subject may have used illegal drugs. Marysville Police was contacted and requested to do a well-being check on subject at his home. Officer then returned to patrol.	Total Tennis Inc.	Pending
06/09/20	10:02:00 PM	Threatened Suicide	East First Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officers responded to a suicide threat call at the listed location. Dispatch advised someone took a screenshot of a snapchat message subject typed to his friend stating threatening messages. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the subject and asked about the threats. Subject advised that he did not feel that he would cause harm to himself and agreed to go with his mother and speak with a healthcare professional. Officers then returned to patrol.		Returned

On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location at the request of the Madison County Sheriff's Office in reference to a domestic with injuries. 06/09/20	8:28:00 AM	Parking Complaint	West Second Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when observing an illegally parked vehicle at the listed location. A red Ford S10 was parked on the south side of the roadway, sitting on cinder blocks. Officer made contact with the registered owner and advised owner that the vehicle needs to be fixed or it will be towed as a junk vehicle. Owner advised she would fix the issues within the next week. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
06/09/20	8:10:00 AM	Parking Complaint	West Second Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when observing an illegally parked vehicle at the listed location. A Chevy Suburban was parked on the south side of the roadway with two flat tires and an expired registration. Officer made contact with the registered owner and advised her that the vehicle needed to be properly registered and the tires replaced or it would be towed as a junk vehicle. Owner advised she would fix the issues within the next week. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
06/09/20	6:10:00 AM	Driving Complaint	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, Officer received several complaints in reference to a vehicle owner, near the listed location, that revs their engine excessively each morning prior to leaving for work. Officer was checking the area when observing a blue Subaru with loud exhaust, but did not make contact due to the vehicle not revving their engine. 06/10/20	4:37:00 PM	Traffic Stop	Converse Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol near the listed location when conducting a routine registration check on a 2010 gray Mazda MZ3. Upon learning the registered owner, Amber Jarvis, was suspended, Officer initiated a traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Officer detected an odor of raw marijuana coming from the vehicle and conducted a probable cause search, but nothing was located. Amber was issued a citation for Non Compliance Suspension and No Valid OL. Her vehicle was legally parked at her residence. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved

The caller advised there was a groundhog that appeared to have a broken back and only use of its front legs. Upon arrival, the groundhog had already made it safely to its den. Officer advised caller to call the police if she locates it out and struggling in the future. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved

Subject advised that he attempted to withdraw cash from an ATM and but nothing came out. He advised that the sum was deducted from his bank account. Officer attempted to contact a keyholder with Security National Bank, but was unsuccessful.  Officer advised subject to contact his bank in the morning to get things worked out. 06/10/20	8:25:00 PM	Neighbor Dispute	North Ave.	On the stated date and time. Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a neighbor dispute. Dispatch advised subject had taken an air conditioner from roommate’s bedroom and given it to a neighboring tenant. Upon arrival, Officer learned there was an monetary exchange for the air-conditioner. Tenant stated that she wanted her money back before returning the AC unit, which subject advised he would pay back after getting paid on Friday. Roommate stated that that was fine and she would call if she needs anything. Officers then returned to patrol.		Approved
06/10/20	12:16:00 AM	911 Follow-up	Country View Ln.	On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up.  Dispatch advised on call back, they spoke with subject, who advised he had called 911 earlier for help up and must have hit redial on the phone when getting into bed. Upon arrival, Officer met with subject, who advised everything was okay and apologized for the call. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved

06/11/20	6:34:00 PM	Trespasser	East First Ave.	On the listed date and time, Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unwanted guest.  Upon arrival, Officer met with suspect, who advised that he wanted to see his kids, but his ex-wife would not let him. Officer advised suspect that he needed to go to court and get a custody agreement put in place if he wished to see his kids and that he cannot show up to his ex-wife’s residence without permission. Suspect advised he understood. Officer then met with the caller, who advised she wanted suspect to leave and to be told not to return to the residence. Officer advised suspect that he has to leave and if he returns, he will be charged for Aggravated Trespass. Suspect advised he understood and would leave. Officer then returned to patrol.		Returned

06/11/20	2:19:00 PM	Drunk Driver	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury accident.  Upon arrival, Officer observed an orange Dodge Ram that was in the ditch near the listed location.  Officer made contact with the driver, Daniel Barnett, who was confused and admitted to driving his truck into the ditch.  After conducting an OVI investigation, Officer determined that Daniel would be placed into custody for OVI.  After a brief struggle that led to the ground, Daniel was placed into custody.  Daniel was subsequently charged with OVI, Failure to Control and Resisting Arrest.  Daniel was released from custody a short time later when a friend arrived to pick him up.  Daniel's vehicle was towed from the scene. 06/11/20	10:12:00 AM	Unruly	West Main St.	On this date and time, Officer met with subject in reference to a possible disturbance at her residence, near the listed location. Subject advised that her daughter has behavioral issues and was refusing to listen to her.  Officer spoke to subject's daughter who confirmed she was being defiant toward her mother, but advised she was better now and would listen. Officer stressed the importance of listening to her mother and following the rules. Officer suggested that it might be beneficial  to seek some family counseling/parenting classes to learn different methods to help manage her daughter's behavior. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved

Officer posted the dog's picture to social media and the owner called in later to claim the dog. Officer will follow-up with owner regarding the lack of tags and to advise a final warning for not properly securing his dogs.	US Post Office	Pending

Dispatch advised subject was supposed to pick up his son yesterday, but was unable to make contact with his child's mother. Upon arrival, Officer was unable to locate the mother and eventually made contact with her via telephone.  After speaking with the mother, who was unable to provide proper documentation from the courts, Officer advised all parties to contact their attorneys and stated he would not be enforcing any custody exchanges. Dispatch advised that the caller hung up immediately and there was no answer on call back. The caller advised she was unable to provide a better description and that she had waited till she got home to call. Officer checked the area and was unable to find a vehicle matching the description. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved

On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Madison County Sherriff’s Office in reference to a shooting complaint. 06/13/20	8:39:00 PM	Marijuana	West Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a vehicle lockout.  Upon arrival, Officer met with subject, who advised that she locked the keys inside her 2006 Scion tC. Subject filled out the vehicle lockout waiver and Officer began to unlock her vehicle.  While attempting to unlock the vehicle, Officer could smell a very strong odor of raw marijuana emitting from the vehicle.  Once the vehicle was unlocked, subject handed over a small baggie of marijuana and a blue glass pipe that was inside her purse. Officer conducted a probable cause search of her vehicle, but did not locate any other contraband. The marijuana was seized and Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
06/14/20	11:34:00 AM	Well-being Check	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. Dispatch advised the manager of a local business stated her employee was supposed to open the store but failed to do so. She was requesting we attempt to make contact with her. Upon arrival, Officer attempted to make contact with employee at her residence and via public service, but was unsuccessful. Officer left a voicemail on her cell phone and then attempted to make contact with her husband via public service, but was unsuccessful. Officer did not observe anything unusual in or around the residence. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
