Upon arrival, Officer removed the sewer grate and was eventually able to retrieve nine of the ten ducklings. The Pleasant Valley Fire Department arrived on scene to assist and they were able to get the tenth duckling through another sewer access. Upon arrival, Officer located an unknown male standing beside a 2009 Kia Reo and made contact. After multiple requests, subject advised his identification was in the car. Officer then observed a wallet on the front passenger seat and an open 16-ounce Budweiser in the center console. The male later presented his driver’s license, identifying him as Timothy Lee Ford. Timothy was subsequently placed in custody for Disorderly Conduct and Open Container. Timothy refused to enter the cruiser and was advised of the consequences. Caller advised they heard a male and female arguing from inside the apartment. 6/4/20 | 3:12 PM | Recovered Stolen Vehicle | South Jefferson Ave. | On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon making contact with the driver and passenger of the suspect vehicle, Officers were advised the actual stolen vehicle and suspects were just down the road. Officers went and located the stolen vehicle a short distance down the road. The stolen vehicle in question, appeared to have crashed, and was unoccupied and in a ditch. Officers started a K9 track with K9 Andor. UCSO Deputy then advised Officers that he observed the two suspects running in a farm field near the location. K9 Andor and Officer completed a K9 track through the farm field that lead to a heavily wooded and grassy area. Both suspects were located hiding in the trees. After speaking with all parties, two juveniles were taken to the Central Ohio Youth Center. One juvenile was booked in and charged for Carrying Concealed Weapons (F4) and Improper Handling of a Firearm (F4). The other juvenile was booked in and charged for Receiving Stolen Property. Officer transported Diamond Jackson to the Tri-County Regional Jail where she was charged and booked in for Receiving Stolen Property.
