6/1/20	5:59 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Maple St.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. The caller stated that an unknown male was going into the listed location which he believed was vacant. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject, who advised that his son was moving into the property and that he was taking care of it in the meantime. After determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.		Pending

Reporting party advised a pink wallet was located at a local business and they brought it into the police department. Officer located an OH ID and made contact with subject at her residence. 6/1/20	9:20 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Central Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible stolen vehicle. The caller advised she witnessed an older male in a beige shirt steal her neighbor's vehicle. Prior to arrival, caller advised it was a misunderstanding and no theft occurred. 6/2/20	4:56 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a private property injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer learned subject driving a black 2019 Ford was backing out of a parking space, when a 2010 silver Honda, also backing up, collided into his vehicle. Officer observed minor damage to the back bumper of both vehicles. All parties exchanged information and were advised to contact their insurance companies.	Lil e's Ice Cream	Pending
6/2/20	9:55 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Willow Creek Ct.	On this date and time, Officer was advised of a duck and ducklings in the sewer at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer removed the sewer grate and was eventually able to retrieve nine of the ten ducklings. The Pleasant Valley Fire Department arrived on scene to assist and they were able to get the tenth duckling through another sewer access.  After all of the ducklings were rescued, Officer replaced the sewer grates and manhole covers and returned to patrol. 6/2/20	12:15 PM	Theft/Identity	Friend St.	On the stated date and time, Officer was contacted, via telephone, in reference to an identity theft. Caller stated she was advised by her employer that someone was attempting to use her social security number to collect unemployment. Caller advised she had already checked her credit report and contacted her bank, as well as the IRS. Officer advised her to contact the Attorney General's Office.		Approved
6/2/20	4:39 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when Officer observed Kyle Stanley on the porch of the listed location.  Officer was aware Kyle had an entered and confirmed warrant out of Madison Co. Sheriff's Office for Failure to Appear on a Traffic offense. Officer then made contact with Kyle. Kyle was placed under arrest and advised of the warrant. Kyle was transported to Tri-Co. Regional Jail without incident. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending

6/2/20	2:37 PM	Traffic Stop	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when conducting a routine registration check on a 2000 Lincoln 4-door sedan. Officer learned the registered owner, Dawn Distelhorst, had a suspended driver's license and initiated a traffic stop. Officer made contact with the Dawn and advised her that her license was suspended. Dawn was subsequently issued a citation for Non Compliance Suspension and No Valid OL. Her vehicle was impounded and her license plates were seized and sent to the BMV, per BMV request.  Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
6/3/20	1:03 AM	Barking Dog	Lantern Ln.	On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a barking dog. Upon arrival, Officer observed a small white and black dog on a leash in the front yard. Officer attempted to make contact with the homeowner several times, but was unsuccessful.  Caller did not want to meet with an officer. The dog was contained on its property with food and water. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
6/3/20	1:33 AM	Drunk	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date and time, Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an intoxicated male attempting to get food. Upon arrival, Officer located an unknown male standing beside a 2009 Kia Reo and made contact.  After multiple requests, subject advised his identification was in the car.  Officer then observed a wallet on the front passenger seat and an open 16-ounce Budweiser in the center console. The male later presented his driver’s license, identifying him as Timothy Lee Ford.  Timothy was subsequently placed in custody for Disorderly Conduct and Open Container. Timothy refused to enter the cruiser and was advised of the consequences. He later submitted and was transported to Tri-County jail without incident.  Timothy's vehicle was secured on the lot at his request.	McDonald's	Pending
6/3/20	7:24 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic dispute. Caller advised they heard a male and female arguing from inside the apartment. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with resident, who advised that everything was fine and that she and her boyfriend had gotten into an argument earlier in the day. Resident advised that her boyfriend had vacated the residence to take a walk prior to Officer's arrival. After deeming everything to be okay, Officers returned to patrol.		Approved
6/3/20	7:25 PM	Domestic Dispute	East West Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute.  After speaking with all parties, everyone was calm and stated there would be no further problems. After determining everything to be okay, Officers then returned to patrol.		Returned
6/4/20	3:12 PM	Recovered Stolen Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a stolen vehicle.  Upon making contact with the driver and passenger of the suspect vehicle, Officers were advised the actual stolen vehicle and suspects were just down the road.  Officers went and located the stolen vehicle a short distance down the road.   The stolen vehicle in question, appeared to have crashed, and was unoccupied and in a ditch.  Officers started a K9 track with K9 Andor. UCSO Deputy then advised Officers that he observed the two suspects running in a farm field near the location.  K9 Andor and Officer completed a K9 track through the farm field that lead to a heavily wooded and grassy area.  Both suspects were located hiding in the trees.  After speaking with all parties, two juveniles were taken to the Central Ohio Youth Center.  One juvenile was booked in and charged for Carrying Concealed Weapons (F4) and Improper Handling of a Firearm (F4).  The other juvenile was booked in and charged for Receiving Stolen Property.  Officer transported Diamond Jackson to the Tri-County Regional Jail where she was charged and booked in for Receiving Stolen Property.  The passenger in the original vehicle has no charges at this time. 6/4/20	1:56 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Lantern Ln.	On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when observing a red Ford Ranger parked in the driveway of the listed location, with its head lights on and not running. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner inside the residence and advised him about the headlights. Owner then checked the vehicle and found it secured.  Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.		Returned
