Officer then initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver and passenger, Branden Lowe-Combs. Branden had entered and confirmed warrants out of Dublin Police Dept for Failure to Appear on a Traffic Offense and Madison Co. SO for Failure to Appear on Obstructing Official Business charges. Upon further investigation, two glass pipes with drug residue and a used, capped syringe were located on Branden's person. Branden was charged with Drug Paraphernalia and Drug Abuse Instruments. After further discussion it was learned that juvenile was still being defiant, argumentative and refused to follow the rules of the house as established by his mother.
