3/26/2018	3:00 PM	Marijuana	Lambka Rd.	Officer was on patrol on N. Chillicothe St near Pastime Park when Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Honda Civic. Officer learned the registered owner, Kyle Queen, was under suspension.  Mr. Queen was then issued a citation for Non Compliance Suspension, In State Drug Offense Suspension, and No Valid Operator's License. Mr. Queen was also issued a summons for Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substances. His vehicle was impounded and towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound Lot. He was released on scene to a family member.
3/26/2018	3:29 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on silver Hyundai Elantra.  Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle operator, Kimberly Heard. Mr. Heard was issued a traffic citation for driving on a Child Support Suspension and No Valid OL. Mr. Heard was issued a criminal summons for Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia.
3/26/2018	4:55 PM	Suspicious Person	Maple Ct.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. Caller requested that Officer make contact with female subject and advise her not to return to the residence.  Officer then made contact with female subject at her residence. Officer advised her not to return to the residence again.
3/26/2018	7:22 PM	911 Follow-up	South Jefferson Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference in reference a 911 follow-up. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with, Der Dutchman manager. Officers checked the location and were unable to locate any vehicle matching the description provided. 3/27/2018	9:18 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was advised Officer was involved in a non-injury accident on private property. Officer was sent to UCMH, per policy, and submitted to a breath and urine test. See media photos for damage.	Plain City Elementary School
3/27/2018	12:44 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Coachman Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the area of Carriage Drive and Coachman Drive in reference to a suspicious person/vehicle. Officer made contact with the Postmaster who confirmed that subject was employed by the Postal Service. Officer also advised the Postmaster of the complaint, in particular the complaint about the employee working from a vehicle with no markings and not wearing a uniform.

3/28/2018	8:13 PM	Telecom Harassment	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a telephone harassment complaint.  Officer requested Mechanicsburg Police Department make contact with female subject at her address there and advise her not to contact the male subject. Officer advised male subject again to ensure he has no contact with female subject. Officer then returned to patrol.
3/28/2018	7:23 PM	Parking Complaint	Gay St.	Officer made contact with homeowner at her residence in reference an abandoned vehicle. Homeowner stated that they would have it moved by within the 24 hours. Officer then returned to patrol.
3/28/2018	2:24 PM	Solicitor	Willow Bend Cir	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person complaint.  Subject was advised on the process to obtain a solicitor's permit and given a business card.  A short time later, Officer made contact with TruGreen's corporate office and advised them that all employees must have a solicitor's permits in Village limits. They advised that they would let the employees know and to contact our office with any questions.

3/28/2018	2:19 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Chillicothe St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle/person complaint. Chief McKee observed the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop with it on East Main Street and John Street.  After determining everything to be fine, both units returned to patrol.
3/29/2018	2:35 PM	Marijuana	West Ave.	Officer was traveling westbound on West Avenue behind a silver Honda Accord.  Officer initiated a traffic stop with it. Mackenzie Heimlich was subsequently issued a citation for Shortcutting and a summons for Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia. Dylan Bowers was subsequently issued a summons for Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia. Both subjects were released from the scene. See corresponding numbers for further information.
3/29/2018	4:29 PM	Parking Complaint	Maple St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a black Honda Pilot that was parked on the east side of the roadway. Vehicle owner moved her vehicle without incident and Officer returned to patrol.
3/29/2018	5:08 PM	Assist Other Agency	Mitchell Dewitt Rd.	Officer was dispatched to listed location to assist the Union County Sheriff's Office on a burglary in progress. Once Officer’s assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.
3/29/2018	10:02 AM	Breaking and Entering	Alderwood Cir.	Officer was flagged down in front of the listed location. The M/I Homes construction supervisor, advised that the door into the office at the model home had been pried open.  Construction supervisor  asked Officer to provide additional patrol, especially after dark or after normal working hours.
3/30/2018	4:14 AM	Assist Other Agency	Corporate Blvd.	Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to an alarm drop.  Once assistance was no longer needed Officer returned to patrol.
3/30/2018	1:02 PM	Driving Complaint	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint. Officer made contact with a female subject who advised she was attempting to get GPS directions. Given her direction of travel it was unlikely she was the object of the driving complaint. 3/30/2018	1:13 PM	911 Follow-up	Harrington Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 Follow-up. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.
3/30/2018	5:22 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was dispatched to the area of US 42 north of N. Chillicothe in reference high water complaint made directly to Pleasant Valley Fire Dept. On arrival Officer found that there was no water on the roadway hindering traffic. PVFD advised that the caller was referencing the flow of water under the bridge on US42, near SR762,and believed it to be dangerous. PVFD advised they did not need traffic control. Officer then returned to patrol.
3/31/2018	11:19 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the police department in reference the theft of a bike. Officer saw the bike on  W. Main St. and made contact with homeowner who  advised that he saw the bike on the roadway in front of  W. Main and thought it was abandoned. Homeowner was advised this was not abandoned and returned the bike to the proper owner.
3/31/2018	10:21 PM	Assist Other Agency	Railroad St.	Officers responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a domestic dispute. Once Officer’s assistance was no longer necessary, Officers returned to patrol.
3/31/2018	8:44 PM	Threatened Suicide	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was flagged down at the listed location by male subject who advised that he was concerned for the well-being of his girlfriend.  Officer met with the girlfriend.  Officer was able to convince her to go voluntarily to the hospital for an evaluation. Medic 261 arrived a short time later and transported her to Dublin Methodist Hospital. Her vehicle was secured on the scene and Officer returned to patrol.	Dollar General Store
3/31/2018	8:10 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	West Main St.	Officer observed a tan Pontiac Grand Am traveling westbound on West Main Street near South Jefferson Avenue the vehicle failed to activate it’s turn signal when turning southbound on South Jefferson Avenue. I initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle operator, Alyssa Martin and her passenger/ vehicle owner.  Alyssa was issued a traffic citation for Temporary Instructor Permit Violation (ORC 4507.05F1) and issued criminal summons for Possession of Marijuana (ORC 2925.11a) and Marijuana Paraphernalia (ORC 2925.141C).
3/31/2018	7:34 PM	911 Follow-up	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 Follow-up.  After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.
3/31/2018	3:48 PM	Traffic Stop	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Ford Ranger bearing traveling southbound on South Chillicothe Street near Lantern Lane. The registration returned to Joshua Lyon a suspended driver. Joshua was then issued a traffic citation for operating on a Random Selection Non Compliance Suspension (ORC 4510.16A) and No Valid OL (4510.12A1).
3/31/2018	12:54 PM	911 Follow-up	Murlay Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a 911 follow up.  Once Officer determined everything was okay, Officer returned to patrol.
3/31/2018	10:57 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Plumwood Ct.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a hacked cell phone. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the caller.  Officer advised caller to take her phone to the Sprint store to have it serviced and to contact PCPD if any further issues occurred. She thanked Officer for his time and Officer returned to patrol.
3/31/2018	9:13 AM	Warrant - Felony	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was on patrol on Perry Pike near Village Blvd. when Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black Hyundai SUV.  Officer learned the registered owner, Lynne Griffith, had an active warrant (confirmed) out of Delaware Co. Sheriff's Office for Identity Fraud and Misuse of Credit Cards. She was advised of the warrant and placed into custody. She was transported by UCSO to the Delaware Co Line.  Her vehicle was secured on scene. Officer then returned to patrol.	Shell Station / Subway
3/31/2018	3:02 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	South Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Ford F350 traveling southbound on South Chillicothe Street near Lantern Lane. The vehicle registration returned to Eric Lawless. After further investigation it was found that Mr. Lawless had a confirmed misdemeanor warrant out of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a traffic charge. Officers placed Eric into custody on the above warrant, then transported Eric to the Tri-County Regional Jail where he was booked in on the above warrant.  Mr. Lawless's vehicle was parked off the roadway for him to pick up after he bonded out.
