Officer was on patrol on N. Chillicothe St near Pastime Park
when Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Honda Civic.
Officer learned the registered owner, Kyle Queen, was under suspension.
Mr. Queen was then issued a citation for Non Compliance Suspension, In
State Drug Offense Suspension, and No Valid Operator's License. Mr. Queen was
also issued a summons for Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled
Substances. His vehicle was impounded and towed to the Plain City Police Department
Impound Lot. He was released on scene to a family member.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on silver Hyundai
Elantra. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made
contact with the vehicle operator, Kimberly Heard. Mr. Heard was issued a
traffic citation for driving on a Child Support Suspension and No Valid OL.
Mr. Heard was issued a criminal summons for Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia.

subject and advise her not to return to the residence. Officer then

contact with the Postmaster who confirmed that subject was employed by the Postal
Service. Officer also advised the Postmaster of the complaint, in particular
the complaint about the employee working from a vehicle with no markings and
not wearing a uniform.

telephone harassment complaint. Officer requested Mechanicsburg Police
Department make contact with female subject at her address there and advise

patrol.

suspicious person complaint. Subject was advised on the process to
obtain a solicitor's permit and given a business card. A short time
later, Officer made contact with TruGreen's corporate office and advised them
that all employees must have a solicitor's permits in Village limits. They
advised that they would let the employees know and to contact our office with
any questions.

Officer was traveling westbound on West Avenue behind a silver
Honda Accord. Officer initiated a traffic stop with it. Mackenzie
Heimlich was subsequently issued a citation for Shortcutting and a summons
for Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia. Dylan Bowers was subsequently
issued a summons for Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia. Both
subjects were released from the scene. See corresponding numbers for further

Chillicothe in reference high water complaint made directly to Pleasant
Valley Fire Dept. On arrival Officer found that there was no water on the
roadway hindering traffic. PVFD advised that the caller was referencing the
flow of water under the bridge on US42, near SR762,and believed it to be
dangerous. PVFD advised they did not need traffic control. Officer then
returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the police department in reference the
theft of a bike. Officer saw the bike on W. Main St. and made contact
with homeowner who advised that he saw the bike on the roadway in front
of W. Main and thought it was abandoned. Homeowner was advised this was
not abandoned and returned the bike to the proper owner.

Officer was flagged down at the listed location by male subject
who advised that he was concerned for the well-being of his girlfriend.
Officer met with the girlfriend. Officer was able to convince her
to go voluntarily to the hospital for an evaluation. Medic 261 arrived a
short time later and transported her to Dublin Methodist Hospital. Her
vehicle was secured on the scene and Officer returned to patrol.

Officer observed a tan Pontiac Grand Am traveling westbound on
West Main Street near South Jefferson Avenue the vehicle failed to activate
it’s turn signal when turning southbound on South Jefferson Avenue. I
initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle
operator, Alyssa Martin and her passenger/ vehicle owner. Alyssa was
issued a traffic citation for Temporary Instructor Permit Violation (ORC
4507.05F1) and issued criminal summons for Possession of Marijuana (ORC
2925.11a) and Marijuana Paraphernalia (ORC 2925.141C).

Officer was on patrol on Perry Pike near Village Blvd. when
Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black Hyundai SUV.
Officer learned the registered owner, Lynne Griffith, had an active
warrant (confirmed) out of Delaware Co. Sheriff's Office for Identity Fraud
and Misuse of Credit Cards. She was advised of the warrant and placed into
custody. She was transported by UCSO to the Delaware Co Line. Her
vehicle was secured on scene. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Ford
F350 traveling southbound on South Chillicothe Street near Lantern Lane. The
vehicle registration returned to Eric Lawless. After further investigation it
was found that Mr. Lawless had a confirmed misdemeanor warrant out of the
Clark County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Officers placed Eric into custody on the above warrant, then transported Eric
to the Tri-County Regional Jail where he was booked in on the above warrant.
Mr. Lawless's vehicle was parked off the roadway for him to pick up
after he bonded out.
